Suman discovers that her father-in-law, Chandrakant, is alone in his room, attempting to harm himself out of fear of the police and punishment. She rushes in, startling him, but reassures him that she won’t seek revenge or send him to jail. However, in his vulnerable state, Chandrakant points a gun at Suman. Just as he pulls the trigger, Teerth enters and gets shot instead. Teerth collapses unconscious, and Suman screams for help.
Hearing the commotion, Gitanjali Devi and the others rush into the room and are horrified to see Teerth wounded. Gitanjali Devi is devastated that her husband has shot their own son. Suman clarifies that the bullet was meant for her. With Akhil and Guru’s help, she rushes Teerth to the hospital, while Chandrakant, realizing what he has done, breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Hema and Bhumi learn about Teerth’s injury, and Vikram believes Devika has played her part in the situation.
At the hospital, the Mittal family pleads with the doctor to admit Teerth, but he hesitates due to the gunshot wound. Devika intervenes, pressuring the doctor by threatening to use political influence. Eventually, the doctor agrees to operate, but Devika seizes the moment to blame Suman, accusing her of being responsible for Teerth’s condition.
Gitanjali Devi, influenced by Devika, starts believing that Suman’s unwillingness to forgive Chandrakant led to this chaos. Her harsh words against Suman shock everyone. Suman defends herself, emphasizing the necessity of punishing Chandrakant and refusing to let him go unpunished any longer.
The police arrive at the hospital to arrest Chandrakant, but before they can proceed, Teerth urgently calls Suman into his room. He pleads with her not to tell the police the truth. When Suman steps out, she shocks everyone by changing her statement, claiming that Chandrakant had nothing to do with the accident. Even Gitanjali Devi is stunned by Suman’s sudden shift. Meanwhile, Chandrakant, now filled with renewed vengeance, glares at Suman as she waits outside the operation theatre.
