The Episode starts with Chandrakant asking Devika to take aarti plate for puja. Suman tells Chandrakant that Mummy ji shall do this puja. Chandrakant says my Dadi had 7 bahus, and she was in dilemma whom to give the right to do the puja, so she used coin method to give the responsibility to one bahu. He says when Devika came, Gitanjali lost from her, and since then Devika has been doing this puja, and Gitanjali has accepted the defeat. Suman says but the competition shall happen again, as she has come. She tells that they shall not leave their customs and values, and says this is the right way to decide who deserves to do the puja. Devika says I am doing this puja since years. Suman says time has come to give responsibility to younger bahu. Devika says you have to fight for this responsibility. Suman says I am ready to fight, and says when Akhil’s wife comes, she shall also gets the chance to compete for this responsibility, to maintain the customs and values. Akhil says Devika will win. Teerth says we shall keep the competition, Devrani vs Jethani. Chandrakant says yes. Devika says she will win. Suman thinks truth will win. Chandrakant puts coin in the bowl. Akhil asks them to search the coin. He asks them to start. Suman stops Devika and turns her hand, exposing that she has coin already in her hand. Teerth says Cheater Bhabhi. Reeva says Mamma Cheater. Gitanjali says she must have won this way from me all these years.
Chandrakant asks if you have cheated. Devika says I was about to put my lucky coin given by Papa ji, but he had already put a coin. Suman says its ok and takes out the coin from the bowl and asks Devika to put her coin. Devika puts the coin, and Akhil stirs in the water. Suman and Devika find the coin. Devika is upset. Suman thinks she has come to make her own place. Devika and Suman take out their hands. Reeva asks Devika to show her hand, and there is no coin in her hand. Suman shows coin in her hand. Chandrakant says Chaat wali, Lakshmi Mata has won. He says tomorrow you will do the puja. Suman touches their feet and takes their blessings. She tells Chandrakant that she wants to ask something. Chandrakant asks if you are eying my Lakshmi? Suman says there is no wealth for me than Mummy ji and your blessing. She says the first Lakshmi of this house is Mummy ji, so I want to do the puja with Lakshmi. Gitanjali gets emotional. Devika whispers to Gitanjali that this girl will snatch your laddoo from you. Chandrakant says you have won and want to give your victory to other. Suman says happiness increases by sharing and troubles get short by cutting, I can do both.
Later Suman takes out Rishi’s pic and tells that she didn’t come just to expose someone, but to fulfill the real relation of love and truth. Devika comes there and asks her not to keep her stuff here, as she will be soon be oust from home. Suman says I don’t do cheap thing, as you are an expert in cheat, betrayal and lies. She asks you create misunderstanding between husband and wife, create differences between the family members, and tells that she shall feel ashamed to treat their mother in law as unwanted. She says now I have come, and will catch all your tricks, and will give you a fitting reply to you. Devika says you have won the coin and jumping. She says I have been ruling in this house since 7 years, and says I will see how you do puja. Suman says I will do aarti this way, and will make everyone have Prasad too. Teerth comes there, appreciating Suman for handling the wrong people in right way, in Suman indori style. He sees Devika standing and says he didn’t see her, as her work is such. He says Gitu and I have been ignoring your doings, but no worries, now Suman ji has come and will sharpen everyone’s eyesight. He asks if you wanted something which is not yours, and you have snatched it, just like Diwali puja coin from Maa.
Devika shouts Teerth Bhaiyya. Teerth asks Devika to go as this room is of Suman and him. He holds Suman and tells Devika that he wants to spend time with his wife. He says we didn’t spend time with each other well, it is our first night and we will take the next step today itself. He asks Devika to leave them alone, and says Tata…Devika says Teerth Bhaiyya. Teerth calls Suman, and then asks Devika to leave. Devika goes out and thinks if they take the next step then Suman will be permanently here, I have to do something.
Teerth asks Suman to lets do it. Suman says not today, lets get comfortable with eachother first. She moves back. Teerth asks when we will do it? He says such things shall be done in the night itself. She falls on the bed. He takes the pillow from behind her.
