Bhoomi returns to Indore after five years as a lawyer to support her sister, Suman. Overwhelmed with emotion, Suman embraces Bhoomi, while Hema and Malini also become teary-eyed at her homecoming. Suman is proud of her sister’s achievements, but Bhoomi hesitates to take on Suman’s case, believing that Rishi is not worth the responsibility.
Meanwhile, Rishi insists on meeting Teerth despite Reva’s objections. Devika, noticing the tension, realizes she must act quickly. When Rishi finally enters the Mittal house, Teerth is overjoyed and hugs him tightly, but Rishi remains indifferent. He apologizes for ever calling Teerth his father, stating that he only wants his mother and peace in his life. His sudden rejection leaves Teerth heartbroken.
Suman becomes furious at Bhoomi for refusing to fight her case. Meanwhile, Devika kidnaps Rishi from the garden, and his screams go unheard. Suman frantically searches for her son and assumes Teerth has taken him. She rushes to the Mittal house and confronts him, but Teerth, confused, denies any involvement. However, he suspects Devika may be behind it.
In the garden, Devika attempts to harm Rishi, causing him to scream in fear. Suman and Teerth hear the noise and rush to the scene, catching Devika red-handed with a glass in her hand. Devika feigns innocence, claiming she knows nothing about Rishi. Unexpectedly, Rishi defends her, saying she was trying to help him. Falling for her act, Suman apologizes to Devika for the misunderstanding.
