Teerth surprises everyone by requesting the police to release Suman, insisting that she saved his life instead of trying to kill him. The police officer asks if he suspects anyone behind the attack. Just then, Reva steps forward, claiming she saw everything. However, fearing for Rishi’s safety—after Rishi’s warning that speaking up could put him in danger—she changes her statement, saying she didn’t see the attacker’s face but that his physique resembled Vikram’s. This plants doubt in Devika’s mind, making her suspect Vikram’s involvement.
Teerth tries to present himself as a changed man who has forgiven Suman, but Rishi still remembers how Suman suffered due to Teerth’s past cruelty. Afterward, Suman privately tells her ex-husband to drop the DNA test, but Teerth challenges her, vowing to take their son from her soon.
Feeling guilty for lying, Reva calls Suman, but Vikram intercepts the call. Furious, he threatens Reva, warning her to stay silent or risk Rishi’s future. To intimidate her, Vikram sends her manipulated photos with Rishi, making Reva realize her mistake. Meanwhile, Suman warns Vikram to stay out of her personal matters, threatening that his political career will be ruined otherwise. However, Vikram insists that nothing matters more to him than Suman. The chief minister then calls Vikram, ordering him to return home.
Hema and Malini sympathize with Vikram, believing Suman has rejected his help. Suman, however, remains firm in keeping him out of her problems. Meanwhile, Devika fears the consequences of the DNA test, knowing that if Teerth discovers Rishi is truly his son, his approach will change. To prevent this, she instructs Gulshan to manipulate the test results.
Struggling with guilt over his past actions, Teerth regrets his cruelty toward Suman and Rishi. His mother criticizes him for his unkindness, but Teerth, desperate to be part of Rishi’s life, feels forced to take extreme measures since Suman refuses to let him near their son.
