The episode starts with Suman performing surgery to remove a bullet from Teerth’s body. After the operation, Teerth, deeply moved, apologizes to her for his past misbehavior. She dresses his wound, and Teerth, eager to speak with her despite her not wanting to continue their conversation in her current condition, asks if his betrayal caused her pain. Teerth admits that he married Suman to protect his own career, never considering her feelings. Despite the mistreatment from the Mittal family, Suman treated them as her own, and Teerth expresses deep regret for his careless actions.
Teerth acknowledges that she has always been there for him, but he failed to honor her in front of his family. Teerth wishes he could be as strong and supportive as she is. Overcome with emotion, Teerth confesses that he would rather be with Suman than pursue his political ambitions. While their marriage was initially a contract meant to end in six months, he now realizes he wants to spend his life with her. Suman grows anxious as Teerth expresses fear of death, but Teerth opens up about his feelings, leaving Suman speechless. She is unsure whether to believe his words.
Suman, touched, reveals that Teerth has always been the first and only love of her life. They draw closer and fall asleep together in the same storeroom. The next morning, they wake up side by side, realizing they have shared their first night together and decide to start fresh. Teerth asks if she recognized the face of the man who tried to shoot her. Suman identifies him as Gulshan, who had intended to kill her. In the Mittal house, the family grows frantic as they receive no news about Teerth, despite searching every hospital. Devika, increasingly stressed, begins overacting to distract suspicion from herself and vows to fast until Teerth returns.
Akhil arrives at Bhoomi’s house, and both Hema and Malini are moved to see her safe. However, Hema becomes furious upon seeing Akhil and attempts to attack him. Bhoomi intervenes, revealing that Akhil had saved her life the previous night. They still have no news of Suman and Teerth. Just then, Suman and Teerth arrive at the house, and Suman catches Gulshan red-handed.
