The episode starts with Vikram threatening Reva, warning her not to reveal the truth to Suman, fearing that if she speaks up, he will be in serious trouble. Meanwhile, Suman finally manages to wake Teerth, but he pushes her away, unable to reconnect after their painful past. Memories of her leaving him resurface, and he struggles with his emotions. Though Suman tries to tend to his injury, Teerth refuses, bitterly reminding her of the time she tried to abort their child. Suman, in turn, reminds him that he was the one who left while she was pregnant.
Devika furiously confronts Geetanjali and Akhil for allowing Reva and Teerth to go with Suman. She fears for her child’s safety and angrily presents fabricated documents to prove that Vikram is Rishi’s father and Suman’s husband. Although Devika knows the papers are fake, she uses them to manipulate the situation. Meanwhile, Geetanjali, Chandrakant, and Akhil set out to find Teerth in the city.
Trapped in an elevator, Teerth repeatedly questions Suman about Rishi’s parentage. Though she assures him that Rishi is not his child, he refuses to believe her and grows increasingly desperate to escape. Frustrated, Suman angrily orders him to calm down, reminding him of how he once treated her despite her deep love for him. Reva, terrified, attempts to escape Vikram, but he relentlessly follows and threatens her. Fortunately, Akhil and the others arrive in time and are relieved to find both children safe.
Geetanjali learns that Suman and Teerth are still stuck in the elevator. When she questions her granddaughter about the incident, the girl is too scared to mention Vikram’s name. Devika arrives as well and lashes out at her daughter for siding with Suman, falsely blaming her for everything. Her baseless accusations enrage Vikram.
As the elevator doors begin to open, Teerth demands to know the truth about Suman and Vikram’s relationship. He presses Suman for answers, insisting on understanding their connection. Suman responds that, unlike Teerth, Vikram never hurt her—he at least respects her. In a moment of vulnerability, Teerth tries to show Suman his pain, leaning toward her just as the elevator doors open.
