The episode starts with Suman informing Hema and Malini that Teerth confessed the truth to her the previous night. However, they caution her against believing him, reminding her that he has already ruined her life. Meanwhile, Vikram is adamant about preventing someone from returning to the Mittal family, but Suman remains determined to go back for Rishi. She is taken aback by Vikram’s unusual insistence that she stay away.
Elsewhere, Devika angrily confronts Teerth for revealing the truth to Suman. She gathers everyone and declares that Teerth has exposed the secrets of the Mittal house. Criticizing him for being irresponsible, she questions how he discovered that Suman had learned about the family’s past. Teerth reveals that someone drugged their drinks, leaving them both unaware of their actions. To protect the secret, Devika decides to remove Suman from the house, but Teerth refuses to let her leave.
Suman overhears Teerth and Devika’s conversation, realizing that everyone has been keeping something from her. Meanwhile, Bhoomi is confused by her sister’s growing attachment to Teerth. During breakfast, Malini brings up Vikram’s strange behavior, mentioning that she saw him harming himself. When Vikram joins them, he is questioned about his injuries but refuses to reveal the truth. Malini insists that she witnessed him hitting himself, but he denies it.
Determined to uncover the truth, Suman manipulates her husband into confessing, assuring him that they can face any challenge together. However, Teerth, unsettled by her words, lashes out and orders her to leave his room. Suman resolves to expose the Mittal family’s secrets, believing that doing so will also save Teerth. Meanwhile, Reva and Rishi conspire to bring Suman and Teerth closer, hoping to strengthen their bond.
Elsewhere, Vikram vents his frustration at Devika for their failed plan. Devika argues that she followed every step, but Vikram was unable to infiltrate the Mittal house. She warns that Suman suspects Teerth might be innocent and that if she uncovers the truth, she will side with him. Determined to prevent this, Vikram devises a plan to make Suman misunderstand Teerth once again. In search of answers, Suman enters the guest room where Kritika once stayed. While searching the drawers, she finds a pen drive and plays its contents on the television.
