Recap: Basketball match and sukor wins.
After gym, chakor and Suraj walked to the parking lot but in hallways, all the eyes were on them and Suraj was smiling for no reason. Chakor didn’t notice the people staring so she was chattering non-stop. They reached the parking lot and stopped at Chakor’s car.
“Well, it was nice meeting you” Suraj said politely.
“Nice meeting you too, but don’t be so formal. Ok” Chakor says while getting her car.
“Ok, well bye” he said while going.*he didn’t even compliment my car*, Chakor thought/
Suraj looked back at Chakor. “Oh yah, nice car” he said grinning.
“Thanks” Chakor smiled.
She waved goodbye and headed home. While she was getting out of the parking lot, she noticed Suraj’s car that he was getting into. It was the Ferrari.
“Nice car” she shouted to Suraj and Suraj had a big smile on his face.
Chakor parked her car in the garage and then opened the door to notice her parents not there. She noticed a note on the fridge. She took the note and read.
“Chakor, we are shopping out. Will be back by 8. Do not make dinner since the rajvanshi family is coming to have dinner with us so we will bring the food. Take care, mom.”
After reading the note, Chakor’s face had a huge smile on it.* Suraj is coming, yehhh*But then she remembered the family….
“Oh, no the whole family is coming, Strangers are coming, It’s going to so awkward and I need to look nice too” She looked very nervous and sprinted to her room. She looked in her closet to see the messy clothes organized.
“Ahh, thanks mom” she said and then started looking for something to wear.
After fifteen minutes
Chakor’s whole room is a bigger mess then in the morning and she’s standing in the middle of the mess with her hands on her head.
“I have nothing to wear” She yells in frustration but then out of the corner of her eyes she finds something nice to wear and gets dressed. She wears a light blue A- line skirt with a white beaded top and pairs that with simple hoop earrings. Her hair open with light curls on the end and She looked amazing!!!!!!!!!
She checked herself in the mirror and had a satisfying smile on her face. She went to the living room and cleaned the whole house nicely. She was just about to sit when the doorbell rang. She got nervous.* Suraj and his family are here* she thought. She slowly opened the door and it was Suraj.
“Hi, where’s your family” Chakor asked.
“Oh, they aren’t coming. A change of plans” Suraj said with a smile.
“Oh, ok. Come in” She let Suraj in and he sat on the couch.
“You look very nice” Suraj said while checking out.
“Thanks” she said while blushing.
“Where are your parents” he asked.
“They are shopping and will be back at 8”
“So we are alone” Suraj said.
“We are alone and they won’t be back for an hour!!!” Chakor said a bit surprised.
“Ok” Suraj said with a confused face.
“I mean…. Would like something to drink”
“No, thanks”
“Oh, why the way I came here to invite you to the beach party my family is hosting this weekend” He said.
“Oh, ok. I’m not sure I’ll be able to come” She said secretly trying to ignore Suraj.
“Oh” Suraj said with a disappointed face.
After seeing that cute face Chakor didn’t care about anything and changed her mind.
“Actually, I’ll be there” She said.
