The Episode starts with Menka and Rags telling Dadi about Soumya. Suhani says Krishna loves Soumya a lot. Yuvraaj taunts her indirectly and gets close to Suhani, to make her jealous. He asks her what will she gift Suhani today. Suhani says I don’t want anything from her, she came, it’s a lot for me. Soumya gives a gift and hugs Suhani. Suhani opens it and Yuvraaj goes to get the gold chain. Dadi thinks whats the story behind this. Suhani likes the gold chain. She says it’s the one which your mum gave you. Soumya says yes, but its similar one, not that, I made this as you liked it. Suhani says we are twins now as we have similar chain. Suhani asks where is your chain, you always wear it. Soumya says I gave it to clean. Suhani takes a selfie.

Pratima says Yuvraaj I m sorry, you told me to order cake and I forgot. Pankaj says its fine, I got it. Menka laughs seeing the small cake. Suhani asks Yuvraaj to bring snoopi too as its his birthday also. Sharad brings snoopi. Menka laughs on Suhani for sharing her birthday with a dog. Yuvraaj asks Suhani to make a wish first. Suhani says she got everything, what to wish now. Suhani cuts the cake and Yuvraaj puts cake on her face. She says her dream got fulfilled as she saw this happening. He says so I m in your life, to make all your dreams true.
He looks at Soumya and smiles. Suhani makes everyone eat the cake and hugs her family. Anuj and Saurabh gifts Suhani. Rags gets jealous. Saurabh jokes on Rags. Yuvraaj says he has a gift for hr. Suhani asks what.
Yuvraaj and Suhani dance on the song Kaise Mujhe tum milgayi…………….. Suhani and Soumya stand at his either sides. Suhani smiles and dances with him. Soumya looks on. Everyone clap for them. Yuvraaj kisses Suhani on her cheek infront of everyone, making her shy and very happy. He shows it to Soumya. Sharad asks Suhani to go and wash her face, as it has cake. Suhani smiles and goes. Soumya goes. She gets a call from Krishna’s dad. He says we have to go home. She says I just came here. He says fine, I m waiting here at the tea stall, come soon. Soumya sees Suhani smiling and smiles.
Sharad asks Yuvraaj whats going on, did he forget Suhani’s birthday. Yuvraaj says no one told me, not even Suhani. Sharad asks why are you being extra romantic to Suhani. Yuvraaj says I take good care of Suhani. Sharad says you don’t have anything in your heart, Suhani thinks you love her, your acting is love for her. Yuvraaj says don’t upset me. Pankaj comes to talk to Yuvraaj and Sharad leaves. Pankaj talks to Yuvraaj well and says how did you think I will threaten you, you are like my son, for me Suhani’s happiness matters a lot, I m happy seeing you giving lots of happiness, what will I need, I m sorry for my harsh words.
Soumya hears them. Yuvraaj sees Soumya standing and says Suhani is not only my wife, but my life, my happiness is hers, all this is hers, don’t worry, she is the bahu of Birla house now, I won’t let her get hurt. Pankaj goes. Dadi comes in her room and thinks something is not right. She checks her laptop and sees Soumya’s pic. She thinks about Yuvraaj’s words. She says this is same girl Soumya, was her pic was sent by mistake or is there something else, Yuvraaj showed love for Suhani infront of her, the birthday arrangements was for snoopi, not for Suhani, there is something going in this house, but what, I have to find out.
Soumya and Suhani talk about their birthdays. Suhani asks her to be always with her. Soumya says sure, but I will leave now, Krishna will be coming. Suhani says fine, but have food and take cake for him. Krishna’s dad calls Soumya and asks her to come fast. Soumya says I m coming in five mins. She turns and sees Yuvraaj. He smiles and looks at her. Dadi sees them together.
