A rush of emotion engulfs Krishna when the magistrate asks him to sign on the divorce papers. Though Bindiya also feels the same, but she signs at first which triggers off the anger of Krishna. He himself couldn’t believe his own eyes. Now Krishna is asked to fulfill the gap signing on the paper. Payal and Indu also insist Krishna to give divorce to Bindiya, Krishna couldn’t able to understand what he should do. After lots of dilemma, Krishna also signs the papers. Payal becomes truly excited.
Payal behaves very odd with Krishna and being excited she tightly hugs Krishna, kisses in his cheeks. Indu gets relieved as Krishna has erased the defamation before his name and has given the divorce to Bindiya. Being overwhelmed Payal distributes sweet amongst the family members. As soon as Payal extends her hand to Krishna, he angrily leaves from the place. Shanti taunts Indu seeing her happiness since a divorce has taken in her son’s life. But Indu empathetically ignores all her poking and asks her to concentrate on Samay’s life. Shanti firmly says that Samay will get married a wonderful girl very soon.
Shanti, Nidhi and Pankaj everyone reject the sweet when Payal distribute sweet among them. Though other reject her, but Shakshi and Bikdam don’t refuse her. At the last, Payal dramatically comes to Bindiya to put sweet in her mouth but Bindiya couldn’t say a word to her. Suddenly, Bindiya recalls her plan again when a discussion was taken place about the plan B. Bindiya told Amma that all the papers of divorce will be false. If Krishna would sign on the papers being angry, the final divorce wouldn’t take place. She also hoped that oneday Krishna will confess his heart in spite of getting divorced with Bindiya.
Holding the hand of Payal tightly, Bindiya firmly says whatever has happened few minutes before was according her plan. Payal gets shocked and tries to assume the conspiracy of Bindiya. Taking the sweet, Bindiya insists Payal to have it. In the night, Krishna couldn’t able to get over the insult of Bindiya. He even couldn’t able to believe that Bindiya has already given the divorce to him. Failed to digest the insult, Krishna becomes very upset.

In childhood Bindiya saved Krish ‘s life. Why that point is not coming. Payal is taking the credit for it. Why cant they bring that fact in front of Krish?
