The Episode starts with Indu crying seeing Krish’s state. The Nurse comes there and asks them to come outside. She asks Payal to go out and rest. Amma asks who is she? Nurse says she has saved him. Amma calls her and runs to her. She thanks her and gets shocked seeing her face. She says Payal….Sakshi smiles. Payal makes a puppy face though she got his accident done. Amma asks if you have saved his life. Payal makes a sad face. Doctor tells them that Krishna’s one kidney is ruptured. Indu is shocked. Payal smirks hearing it from outside. Doctor says according to the reports, his other kidney is also damaging and we have to do his kidney transplant fast. Doctor as per Payal’s plan tells that he will do their test to match their blood group and kidney with Krish. Payal smirks. Sakshi says they will give their kidney to Krish.

Indu says she will give. Nurse comes there and tells that one person’s kidney matched with him. Indu says I know that my kidney will match with him. Nurse lies that Payal’s kidney is matched with Krishna Shukla’s kidney. Payal comes there and says I am ready. Amma asks what game you are playing? Payal says she is concerned for him since she saw him. She says she will donate her kidney to him fast. She asks Indu if his life is important or their anger. Indu says both of you have ruined my son’s life. Indu asks Sakshi to call Vikram and says he will donate his kidney to Krish. Sakshi says he will come in 6-7 hours as he is in Mumbai. Payal tries to convince them to agree for the transplant, (which is not going to happen). Payal says anything can happen to him.

She tells Baldev that she shall be punished for loving him immensely. She says if anything happens to Krish that I will die. She says let me save Krish and donate my kidney to him. Indu looks on.

24 days later.

Payal calls Gita, Kamla (new servants). She asks did you give medicine and milk to Amma and Papa. Baldev says yes. Payal takes their blessings. Amma and Baldev bless her. Amma says you are looking lovely and puts kajal behind her ear, and says today you are going to marry Krishna, and asks her not to do any work. Nidhi says Amma is right and asks her not to do work. She is about to fall, when Payal holds her. Nidhi thanks her calling her Bhabhi. Payal says I will take care of Nidhi and baby. Indu asks her to call her Mummy ji and says I know that you will take care of everyone. Phoolmati and Dadi come there. They talk nicely with her. Dadi asks her not to take Bindiya’s name. Phoolmati says you are marrying your prince and asks her to show her lehenga. Krish thinks of fake Bindiya’s words. Payal comes there and smirks seeing him lost. She shows her mehendi to him. Krish says it is good. Payal says I know that you are hurt and dont want you to marry me in any pressure. She says if you marry me or not, I would have given my kidney to you. She takes Bindiya’s name.

Krish asks her not to take her name. Payal says elders say that we shall live our life who loves us and not with the person whom we love. She says you are my friend and will fall in love with me. She says I can do anything to bring smile on my face. She feigns to feel pain. Krish asks her to sit and says you might be feeling pain due to surgery. Payal says I am fine, when you are with me, all my pain is gone. Sakshi comes there and says parlour lady has come and asks her to come and get ready. Payal acts to feel pain. Krish asks her to be careful.

Later in the evening, Krish is about to get ready for marriage. Krish finds Bindiya’s photo and says he don’t want to see her face and don’t want her reflection to fall on his house and him. The real Bindiya is coming there.
