The pungent odor wafts through the room, prompting curious expressions from everyone present. Payal rushes into the house, and Sakshi can’t resist a humorous inquiry about her unusual scent, likening it to a cow dung hair wash. Payal promptly clarifies that she has opted for an herbal hair treatment.
Krishna, noticing the unpleasant smell, can’t help but comment on it. Sakshi takes the opportunity to playfully inform him that it’s his wife who is the source of the odor. Payal admits that her choice of hair wash has been a mistake and promises to take a thorough bath.
Later, Payal appears at the wedding mandap in her beautiful attire, and Krishna’s smile conveys his admiration. The priest urges them to exchange garlands, but when he suggests Baldev sit beside Krishna to support the marriage, Baldev vehemently refuses. Indu, however, proposes that Sakshi and Vikram take their place.
As the marriage rituals commence, the priest inquires about Payal’s family and requests someone to step forward for her kanyadan. Krishna philosophically notes that even those without families find a way to marry, which prompts the arrival of Payal’s grandfather and some others on her behalf. Krishna expresses disbelief that they have agreed to the marriage and instructs Nidhi to welcome them.
However, the proceedings take an unexpected turn when the police arrive, causing everyone to stand up in alarm. Indu questions who has called the police, and Bindiya emerges, claiming responsibility for summoning them to halt the illegal marriage. The Shukla family is taken aback by Bindiya’s unexpected appearance alongside the police.
Krishna asks Bindiya how she has found her way there, but she remains silent, approaching the mandap and performing a ritual by pouring water into the sacred fire. Payal watches in amazement as Bindiya extinguishes the flames. Krishna inquires if Bindiya is in her right mind, and she explains that talking won’t make him understand; instead, she is determined to show him that their intended relationship has no foundation.
Bindiya’s lawyer chimes in, reminding everyone that despite being citizens of the same country, they seem ignorant of its laws. He points out that marrying someone else when already wed is illegal. The police warn Krishna to halt the wedding, threatening to make arrests. In a bold move, Krishna seizes Payal’s hand and demands the police arrest Bindiya.
Before the police can act, Krishna accuses Bindiya of attempting to harm him and Payal. She challenges him to prove her guilt, pledging to leave the house if he can provide substantial evidence. Krishna vouches for Payal as a witness, but the lawyer dismisses such vague testimony.
