The Episode starts with Saltanat and Zaroon coming home. They recall Miyajaan and stop at the door for a while. They step in. Rubina sees them. Saltanat hugs Rubina. Zainab comes and sees them. Kainat also comes. Zainab signs her to stay away. She says Miyajaan is still unconscious and… Ghazala comes and hugs Zaroon. Rubina asks Ghazala to tell how did this happen. Zaroon asks what happened. Sabina comes there and taunts them. She asks them to control their shamelessness. Saltanat says I want to meet Miyajaan. Zainab says situation isn’t right now. Dadi asks them to go away. Sabina says you are right. Dadi says you both are unlucky. She says Saltanat and Nadim ruined everything. Saltanat asks what. Zaroon says you think Miyajaan is ill and will forgive you. Saltanat says no.

Dadi says you came to live in the same locality with Zaroon without marriage. Ghazala asks her to stop it. Dadi says truth is bitter, its better to face it soon. Zaroon says you scolded Saltanat, I m also at fault, you didn’t say anything to me. Sabina says she is a girl and has to walk on right path. He says love is a true path. Dadi asks how would you know this, you are shameless. Kainat gets angry. Zaroon asks what is she saying. Kainat gets a hammer to throw at Dadi. Sabina sees this and stops Kainat. She takes hammer from Kainat’s hand. Dadi says I don’t want to waste my time, if you step in, Miyajaan will die. Rubina says stop it, why are you saying such bad things, how can you say this. They argue.

Ghazala says Miyajaan is in tension. Rubina says Mamoon is responsible for all this. Zainab asks them to calm down, Miyajaan is critical, doctor said we can’t give him tension. Saltanat says I can understand. Zaroon says we can see him from outside. Dadi asks Kainat to make them out of the house. Kainat goes to them. Zaroon and Saltanat cry and leave. Kainat shuts the door and smiles. Saltanat says its happening because of me. Nadim says this is happening because of you, you have no right to meet him. Mamoon says I told him the truth, you did the wrong thing, have some shame. Zaroon and Saltanat hear their argument. Jaan asks them to get quiet, see Miyajaan’s state. Saltanat runs back.

Doctor treats Miyajaan. Zainab goes to the window and talks aloud. She says we will pray for Miyajaan’s recovery. She opens the window for Saltanat. Saltanat and Zaroon see Miyajaan and worry. Saltanat prays for Miyajaan. Nadim sits with Miyajaan and cries. Miyajaan gets conscious. Saltanat and everyone smile. Kainat gets juice for Miyajaan and asks how are you feeling now. He says I m fine Saltanat, Kainat…. She gets angry. She says I got juice and medicines, I forgot something, I will just come.

Dadi says you scared us, we felt you will leave all of us without declaring the heir. Jaan asks what are you saying. Miyajaan says I had kept everyone united, but the foundation is shaken now. Dadi says poor Miyajaan, he will die if this happens again. Zaroon asks Saltanat not to feel guilty. Kainat comes and stabs Saltanat. Zaroon gets shocked and shouts Kainat. Kainat’s imagination ends. Saltanat says its good you came here, I got this Tabarruk for Miyajaan, will you give this to him. Kainat sees Zaroon and takes the box. She says you both good together and happy, Lord didn’t write love in my fate, I will pray for you two. She smiles and goes.
