The Episode starts with Zaroon rushing Saltanat to the hospital. He prays and says I will never leave you and go. Doctor comes and tells them that Saltanat is critical, next few hours are very much crucial for her, she has to get conscious soon. Rubina asks Zaroon to come with her. Miyajaan asks Mamoon to call and find out about Saltanat, when can we meet her. Mamoon says Nadim isn’t answering the call, I will go and find out. Dadi praises Hamza. Zaroon and Rubina come home. Miyajaan asks how is Saltanat. Rubina says she is close to death, she is in trama, she is critical. She cries. Everyone gets shocked.
Rubina says you know who has made Saltanat reach this state, Zaroon saved her many times, I m thankful to her, Dadi is responsible for Saltanat’s state. She says Dadi came to meet
Rubina says it means you wanted to defame Zaroon, that’s not possible, Saltanat will be defamed as well. She says since I have become the bahu of this house, I m seeing Dadi’s interference, I will not tolerate this when its about my children, either Dadi or we will stay in this house, we can’t live under one roof. She goes. Nilam goes to Zaroon and apologizes on Dadi’s behalf. Zaroon says you people come to apologize after a person gets insulted well. Nilam says I wasn’t there when this was happening, its not my fault. He asks what would you do if you were there. She says I had helped you and told you about Dadi’s game against you. He says sorry, I know you think good about me. She says don’t know why is Rubina doing this. He says Dadi is facing the right thing.
She says no, Miyajaan will break down if anything such happens. Zaroon says you manage Dadi, I will talk to Rubina. Rubina tears the pics. Nadim comes and says Saltanat is better now, I came home to freshen up and got to know this matter. She says go and ask that clever old lady, let me do what I want. He says forgive her. She says some people don’t understand love but just hatred. Zaroon comes and picks the pics. Nilam says Zaroon respects you, you defamed him, you did wrong. Zaroon says I have a right to decide on Dadi. Rubina asks why, she has defamed Saltanat’s character also, you do anything to take revenge, we are with you, you also support us. Dadi says I didn’t say anything wrong, even I gave sacrifices for this house. Her son comes and looks on. Zaroon says the house will break, Miyajaan will die by shock.
Rubina says Miyajaan has tolerated many shocks. Zaroon says wait for Saltanat, she has a right to come home. Rubina says I m doing this for Saltanat, else we won’t stay here. She goes. Dadi gets angry and says I can’t beg to Rubina, you better give me poison. Jaan says you didn’t tell this to me before, I can’t tolerate my mum’s insult. He goes. Jaan goes to Rubina and argues with her for insulting Dadi. Rubina says Dadi shouldn’t defame someone’s character. Miyajaan asks them to stop it. Rubina refuses to apologize. Jaan says you should treat both of us equally, we shall test this, Rubina wants to oust my mum, she will go with me, our relation with this family ends.
Miyajaan gets sad and goes to Dargah. He prays for his family’s peace. Zaroon comes and holds his hand. He says I made a mistake, this happened because of me, trust me, my intention wasn’t wrong, I assure you that I can make a mistake, but not commit a sin, I don’t know how I went to Saltanat’s room, forgive me, I was in thoughts of the moments when we faced death together. Miyajaan says I can understand, person can make a mistake, even I made a mistake. Zaroon says I don’t care for others, I care for Saltanat, my parents and you. Miyajaan asks will you help me. Zaroon says command me. Miyajaan says my house is breaking, save it from breaking. He cries. Zaroon says don’t worry, I will not let this house shatter.
