The Episode starts with Kainat taking a royal bath and laughing on Saltanat’s death. Zaroon, Nadim, Mamoon, Hamza and some men take the soil in hands and pour over Saltanat. The hooded guy look on. Kainat says Saltanat you are getting buried, how do you feel. She laughs. Ghazala hears her and stops. Everyone leaves from the graveyard. The hooded guy goes to the grave. Ghazala knocks the door and calls out Saltanat. Kainat comes and cries, saying I was having a bath to vent out my sorrow, Zaroon is disturbed, I will do anything to handle him. Ghazala says I can understand, we are with you. Kainat says I worry for Zainab the most, don’t know where is she, how will she tolerate the truth. Ghazala says we will share the pain and hugs her. Kainat smiles.
Zaroon and everyone come home.
The wind blows. Zaroon says Kainat got free of her every pain and crime, she is in pain, she is happy. Rubina says I don’t think her soul is in peace. She cries. She says Nadim, I feel I lost something, I never loved Kainat, I just loved Saltanat, in past few days, after knowing Kainat’s crimes, I should have hated her. Nadim says such wrong shouldn’t happen with any girl, so you are feeling bad. He hugs her. She says we could have saved Kainat. He says we did what Dr. Sharma told us. He saved two children of our house, accept this, so that we don’t fall weak in front of Zainab. Rubina asks will Zainab hate us. He says we have to tolerate this and accept that Kainat is no more. Zaroon says when I saw Kainat in the grave….. Zainab says Saltanat…… Saltanat’s dupatta flies on Zaroon’s face. He says this is Saltanat’s dupatta.
He sees the photo falling and flying out. He goes to pick it. He keeps flying. He goes after the pic. He enters the storeroom. He picks the picture and says when I saw Kainat in the grave, I missed you and thought just you can understand my pain. Zainab says Zaroon…. The hooded guy dugs the grave. The painting falls down. Zaroon stops. The guy says Shah family doesn’t know that Saltanat is still alive. Zaroon goes to fix the painting. He sees the wall. He touches the wall and sees the wet cement. He tries to hear. He hears someone and asks who is there. Zainab coughs. Zaroon gets a shovel and breaks the wall. Nadim, Mamoon come there and see him. Nadim asks what are you doing. Rubina, Ghazala and Kainat come and ask what are you doing. Zaroon doesn’t stop and continues to break the wall. She stops him and asks what is all this. The bricks begin to fall. Rubina asks what are you doing.
The hooded guy is Dr. Sharma. He has a Rakhi tied on his hand. He gets Saltanat out of the grave. Zaroon breaks the wall completely. Zaroon gets shocked. Everyone gets shocked seeing Zainab fallen inside. Dr. Sharma says Kainat, your every breath is indebted to me now. Zaroon gets Zainab out of the debris. He frees her hands. Kainat worries.

Zaroon says just Zainab can answer us. Dr. Sharma says the skeleton is much old. Inspector says it means someone from the family has done that murder. Dr. Sharma sees Kainat.
