CHAPTER 2
Radhika’s father found them both together. they too saw him. radhika knew she is dead now. she never want to get caught like this. dilip mishra didnt say anything and just went. radhika knew her father is very angry. she started to panic. arjun tried to console her and assured her that he will be there always with her. he tried to console her somehow. she then left to her house. as she entered the house, the atmosphere was very calm. she thought to run to her room as soon as possible. but her father saw her and asked her to stop. she stopped at the same place like a statue and closed her eyes and got ready to get beatings, instead of beatings he said to her in calm voice” ask him to come to our house tomorrow morning”radhika got shocked , she tried to tell her father everything but before that he asked her to go to her room. her mother was standing behind her father took her to her room.
mala: i told u before itself to tell to ur father, now see u brought arjun also in trouble. you should have said him about this before, now what will he tell to sarals parents. will he say that ur loving someone so please cancel this wedding. what will the society think..
radhika:”so ur regretting for ur daughter loving arjun ha?
mala: no choti , its not that. arjun is the best but u could have said to ur father …
radhika: i dont want to talk anything mom. papa is very adamant to marry me with saral when i hate him the most. he misbehave with other girls and never know to respect others. he will never let me live my dreams. he will..and she started to cry..
mala seeing her daughter in this condition felt guilty because somewhere she is to be complained.she hate saral and too saw his real face but her husband couldnt and is very adamant to marry her to him as saral is very rich and thought her daughter would be very happy after marrying him. she always want to raise voice against him and wanted to prove saral is wrong but she never got any guts.
mala left radhikas room and wished only one thing nothing should go wrong .

arjun was waiting for radhika’s call. it’s 12:00 and still he didn’t get sleep . he was feeling restless. he was afrad whether radhika’s father would beat her. suddenly his phone rang. he impatiently took the call. on other side radhika was sobbing , he couldn’t bear this. then silence prevailed ..
radhika: papa want to meet you tomorrow.
arjun: did he do anything to you
radhika: no.. she started to cry
arjun: hmmm…baby then why are u crying
radhika: i am very afraid ..what if papa hurt you. his silent is more dangerous..i cant lose you..i cant lose ..you
arjun: nothing will happen, no one can separate us..understood. now like a good girl go to sleep. forget everything and go to sleep.
saying this they both went to sleep …not knowing the disaster which is comming on their path
next morning around 10:00 arjun reached radhikas home. he greeted her mother, who was the only one supported them. she then asked him to take sit and said “radhu’s papa will come wait for some time..
arjun: ok aunty . where is radhika?
mala: she has gone to temple, she will…
radhika: maa arjun came or not mom…screamed from the entrance
mala to arjun: see she came. saying this she replied to radhika”yes”
hearing this she rushed to the living room. she was very tensed and asked arjun”did father say anything ?”
arjun stood up and went to her and cupped her face and said”relax radhika ur papa has not come till now. he is in his study.”hearing this radhika got relaxed and hugged him. arjun too reciprocated with same love and care. mala who was witnessing this was very happy. she was very proud that her daughter got such a love who was very caring and loving her selflessly. due to this character of arjun she accepted their love. even though arjun was little poor she knew he would take care of her daughter very well and her daughter would be really happy with him…
suddenly dilip came out from his study room and walked to the hall. he then wished arjun good morning and asked about his well-being. radhika got very suspicion about it. arjun too answered him with respect. dilip then asked mala to bring tea for him and arjun.”
after drinking tea he then said to arjun “i will come to the point directly. i am not ready to give my daughter to you because her marriage is fixed with saral who is very rich. and i am sure my choti will be very happy. they have a very big home and a car for transportation. do u have a own home to live. no na then how can i give my daughters hand to. i cant. so sorry. its better to forget my daughter and ha make sure u come to her wedding , i am specially inviting you ok. nicely eat and go…….[he started to point out his tatus}
radhikas lost her temper and shouted”ENOUGH DAD ENOUGH U CROSSED ALL THE LIMITS TODAY WITHOUT MONEY TOO WE CAN LIVE HAPPILY WHEN THERE IS LOVE. ARJUN CAN GIVE ME LOVE BUT SARAL CANT GIVE ME. I WILL NEVER BE HAPPY WITH HIM…I LOVE ARJUN AND IF I WILL MARRY THEN ONLY HIM AND NOT ANYONE…
arjun calmed radhika and said: decision is urs radhu, i will be there with u always..
Dilip got shocked and couldnt belive that her daughter raised her voice to him. he was so angry and said”FINE THEN GO AND LIVE WITH HIM BUT ONLY AFTER ENDING ALL TIES WITH ME …AND U HEAR ME CLEARLY U WILL NEVER LIVE HAPPILY WITH HIM …U WILL ALWAYS SUFFER AND ONE DAY U WILL REALISE UR MISTAKE AND U WILL BEG TO ME FOR FORGIVENESS..
radhika: “that day will never come dad..i will be the happiest persaon in the world and will prove to you that ur r wrong. and on that day u will shed all ur ego and will accept us both wholeheartedly..this is my promise
she then went to her room and packed her bag and came out with her luggage. dilip and mala got shocked. she then went near her mother and touched her feet. her mother blessed her. she was happy and sad for her daughter. she then touched her fathers feet but he moved back. radhika got hurt. arjun took her and left the house… she didn’t turn back nor she cried.. she was shocked with her destiny. she never thought that this day would come in her life……TO BE CONTINUED
