The Episode starts with Alia looking at the baby’s pic. Rahul says AC is fixed. Alia asks why there is so much noise in the office. Chote lal says I will make him understand and goes to Sarangdhar, asking him to know the office rules first. Sarangdhar tells that he got excited talking to his friend. Chote lal asks him to do the work. Sarangdhar tells that he is a writer, though at the junior level. Chote lal laughs and says you are hired by Rahul as the office runner. Sarangdhar comes to Rahul. Rahul asks him to file the writers’ resume and says we don’t need any writer. Sarangdhar says if they will not give a chance to a good writer. Rahul goes. Sarangdhar dreams shatters. Chote lal asks him to take the resumes and file it.
Sarangdhar comes home. Ramesh tells a poem and asks if
Sarangdhar tells Ramesh that he is leaving work. Ramesh says I thought that you will dismiss your thought, but…Sarangdhar says what to do then, I can’t leave my dream of writing. Ramesh says if you work there, then your Madam will give you a chance to write and gives hen, cock and egg example. Sarangdhar says he will go to office and will get the writing job. He thanks Ramesh.
Gautam calls Alia and says Veer’s proposal is canceled and tells that he wants him to rub his nose..Alia asks him to stay away from Veer and says that’s why I don’t want to tell you anything, but Rabia told. She says what we will get by ruining him and tells that she wants to move on in her life. She ends the call.
Chote lal tells the Receptionist that he is cleaning her desk and teases her. Sarangdhar comes there. The receptionist asks why did you come late? She gets angry on him. Chote lal says I will see him. He tells Sarangdhar that he didn’t think that he will come. Sarangdhar says if the hen and cock are together then will give the egg. He says I will make tea and brings for Rahul. Rahul says it is not your work and calls chote lal. Sarangdhar says he likes to serve food. Rahul says I like you. Sarangdhar tells poetry and serves coffee to all the office employees. Alia comes there. Sarangdhar looks at her. Chote lal tells him that Sarangdhar that Alia Maam doesn’t remember their names, but just their work. Sarangdhar says she will know my work till evening.
Alia asks Rahul to cancel her today’s meeting as she has meeting with Mr. Sinha. She says we will give our services for free. Lawyer says we shall cut Manju’s salary instead of giving him free salary. Alia says Mr. Sinha came to us, Dil se and didn’t go to Manju to get the work done. Lawyer goes. Rahul says you are good Alia. Alia asks him to just leave. Rahul goes.
Veer tells Nitya that they are finished. He says he got one week’s time to pay the rent of the office. Nitya says she will break her FD. Veer tells that his partner to threatening to end their business. Nitya says how can he do this? Veer says I told Alia not to tell Gautam, and gets upset. Nitya says I am with you and have full confidence on you. He says he is feeling failure because of Alia’s success. He says his failure wouldn’t have been big, if Alia’s success was not big. Nitya tries to stop him, but in vain. Veer comes to the office and asks about Alia. Someone say that she went to meet Mr. Sinha. Veer collides with Sarangdhar and leaves.
All the employees get a chit that a secret will be revealed at 4 pm. Everyone thinks of their secrets and thinks if anyone know. Sarangdhar has kept the chits on everyone’s table and is hopeful.
Precap: Veer comes to the office and humiliates Alia, telling that she is like her mother, she can neither be a good wife, daughter and asks her not to think of becoming a mother. The news get viral. All the employees watch on their mobiles and give a mixed reaction. Sarangdhar hears her.
