Hi everyone!! This is the first story I ever wrote and it’s kind of naïve but as you all wanted I’m posting it here…!! I hope u all will like it…!!
Before starting I just want to clear the plot of my story…
After Laksh’s betrayal Ragini gets totally devastated but later she emerges stronger and more independent and decides to move on in her life and how swasan help her all this while protecting their own relation is the main theme of my story… Now, Ragini don’t want Laksh back in her life as he is already married and she respects the auspicious ritual of marriage and understands its essence…
Here in the story I want to introduce a new character… for Ragini
So, the new character is…
Raj Mehrotra – A young business tycoon, very fun-loving but understanding… owner of Raj corporation pvt. Ltd… Sanskaar’s best friend… (just imagine Rithik from the serial Naagin)…
So, let’s start the story…
After swasan, and Laksh n kavya’s marriage… Swaragini are at the baadi… Ragini is standing near the window thinking about whatever happened…
********Flashback**********
Ragini gets completely heart broken after Laksh betrayal and cries bitterly… Swara stands holding her shoulders and supporting her…(swasan marriage is already completed)
Suddenly, they hear the sound of a slap… They find Shekhar slapping Laksh… but before anyone could understand anything Laksh slaps him back… this enrage Swaragini… Ragini’s pain suddenly changes into anger… She goes and gives a tight slap to Laksh…
Ragini: Laksh, aapki himmat kaise hui hmare papa pe haath uthane ki (how dare u slap my father)… Do you know what Mr. Laksh Maheshwari, you are not even worthy of it…!! Till now whatever I did was just for you… but today I just feel sick of loving you, that I betrayed my own sister and my family for you…!! I know I was very wrong and I deserve punishment… but from now onwards, neither I want you nor your love… Chaliye papa…!!
On the other hand, Swara is just not able to understand what to do… she can neither leave Ragini in that condition nor Sanskaar… she just feels helpless… she looks at Sanskaar who says…
Sanskaar: You also go to the baadi Swara… Ragini needs you right now…!!
Swara (teary eyes): But how can I leave you Sanskaar… we got married today…!!
Sanskaar: Toh kya hua… is waqt Ragini ko tumhari jayda zaroorat hai (Ragini needs you more right now)… I’ll wait for you… just go…!!
Swara: Are you sure…???
Sanskaar (teary eyes): Haan… I’m sure… (kisses her forehead) I love you…!!
Swara (hugs Sanskaar tightly): I Love u too… and thanks for being there always for me and understanding me…!! I am just blessed to have a partner like you…!!
Sanskaar (cups her face lovingly): Friendship aur pyaar me… no sorry and no thank you…!!
Swara smiles and nods her head… After that Swaragini leave for baadi…

After one week…
At baadi…
Whole gaddodia family is at dining table, except Ragini…
Shomi: Shona, Ragini kahan hai…??
Swara: Ma, she is in the room getting ready, she’s coming…!!
Ragini comes dressed up in blue and orange coloured churidar suit
Ragini: Ma, is the breakfast ready… ??? I’m getting late…!!
Shomi: But where are you going so early…???
Ragini: Ma, I have an interview at Raj Corporation pvt ltd… I want to do a job…!!
Everyone gets happy listening to this that Ragini is moving on in her life and everyone wishes her all the best…

Ragini reaches in front of the office…!! As she gets down from the auto, a car comes speeding up her way and the muddy water from the streets gets splashed on Ragini’s clothes…!!
Ragini: (shouts) Dekh ke nhi chala sakte…???
A handsome young man gets down from the car and apologizes to Ragini…(that’s our new hero Raj)
Raj: I’m really sorry, mam… I apologize on behalf of my driver…!!
Ragini: Your apology won’t clean my clothes… now how will I go for the interview…???
Raj: I’m really sorry for that…!! Just a minute…!!
He runs to his car brings a water bottle…
Raj: Here, take this bottle and please clean your clothes…!! I’m really very sorry…!!
Ragini forgives him seeing him sincerely apologizing…
Ragini (tensed but smiles): It’s okay…(she cleans her clothes and leaves)
Raj looks at her retreating figure and unknowingly a smile spreads on his face…

In the office…
Interview is going on and Ragini is tensed looking at her condition… Just then an announcement is made…
Announcer: Next, Ms. Ragini Gaddodia…!!
Ragini’s heart skips a beat…!! Nervously she entered the cabin…!!
Ragini (nervously): May I come in sir…??
Boss: Yes, please…!!
As soon as Ragini enters, she gets shocked to see Raj… Raj gives a slight smile seeing at her expression…
Raj: Please, take your seat…!!
Ragini: Thank you sir…!!
She sits down and Raj asks her a few questions…
Raj: Well, Ms. Ragini, you seem to be quite talented…!! Let’s hope for the best…!! Just wait outside until the results are declared…!!
Ragini (feels quite relieved seeing his kind gesture and smiles): Thank you sir…!!
After the interview…
Announcer: So, the person who has been selected as the secretary of Mr. Raj Mehrotra is… Ms. Ragini Gaddodia…!!
Ragini gets extremely happy…
Announcer: You need to join tomorrow, sharp 8am…!!
Ragini: Thank you sir…!!
Raj, who sees all this from his office smiles seeing Ragini…

After a few days, everything starts falling into place…(Laksh has already left the house with Kavya after the marriage) and now everyone is planning to bring Swara back to MM…
Sanskaar receives a call…and gets happy seeing Raj’s name displaying over there…(as I have already said that Raj is Sanskaar’s best frnd)
Sanskaar: Raj, tu… itne dino baad… where are you right now…??
Raj: I’m here in Kolkata only… I came back from US last month only and have joined my Father’s office…!!
Sanskaar (fake anger): And you are informing me now… ab yaad aayi hai dost ki…???
Raj: Arey… nhi… it’s nothing like that…!! I was just busy as I had to take over the whole business…!! So…
Sanskaar: Just chill yaar… I was just joking…!!
Raj: Achcha…chal chorr wo sab (leave all that)… I’m throwing a party as I have cracked my first deal over here…!! So, you have to come along with Swara bhabhi…!! Shaadi me to bulaya nhi ab milwa toh de kam se kam…!!
Sanskaar (smiling): Ya… sure we will come…!!
They talk for some time refreshing their old memories…
Raj: Okay then…I’ll message you the time and venue…!! And don’t youu dare miss the party…!! Bye…!!
Sanskaar (smiles): Bye…!!

At Raj’s office:
Raj (to all his employees): Hello everyone, as you all know that I have cracked my first deal…!! So, I want to throw a party…!! Just my office employees and a few close frnds…!! So, you all are invited and everyone must come… (he says the last sentence looking at Ragini… as if it’s especially for her)
It’s been one month since Ragini joined the office and Raj slowly starts falling in love with her… but Ragini is totally unaware of his feelings…

At Baadi…
Swara is getting ready for the party as Sanskaar is about to come to pick her up in 15 mins…!! She is wearing a beautiful black and red coloured net saree and with minimal makeup she looks absolutely gorgeous…
Swara: Ragini, tu bhi chal na hmare saath… ghar pe bore ho jayegi…!! (Swara is tensed about Ragini and doesn’t want to leave her alone)
Ragini: Swara, don’t worry about me… and I wont get bored as I’m also going for a party at my boss’ place… so go and enjoy with Sanskaar…(they both don’t know that they are going to the same place)
Swara gets relieved listening to this… at the same time Sanskaar comes and Swara leaves with him…
After sometime Ragini also leaves for the party venue…

At the party…
Raj and Sanskaar are happy to meet each other after a very long time…!! Swara just keeps smiling and looking at Sanskaar enjoying with his best friend…!! It’s for the first time Swara is seeing the childishness hidden inside Sanskaar…
At that time, Ragini enters the venue…!! She is wearing a pink coloured anarkali suit with light makeup… Raj just gets mesmerized seeing her and a wide smile spreads on his face…!! Sanskaar is shocked to see the sudden change in his expressions…!! Swara also notices the same…!! Both of them turn to see in the direction Raj is looking…
Swasan (together): Raginiiii…..???
Raj gets shocked on finding that swasan know Ragini…
Raj (shocked): Do you know Ragini…???
By that time Ragini also come to them…
Ragini (to Raj): Hello Sir…!!
Raj: Hello Ragini…!!
Swasan: Ragini tum yahan…??
Ragini: Yeah… I work at the Raj sir’s office…!! But how come you both are here…?!!
Raj (who is a little bit confused): May I ask, how you all know each other…??
Sanskaar: Yeah Raj, actually Ragini is my sister-in-law and Ragini Raj is my best friend…!!
Raj and Ragini give a slight smile to each other…!! The host congratulates Raj on his first success and requests all the couples to come to the dance floor…!! Raj asks Ragini for the dance…!! Swasan get happy to see Raj’s feeling for Ragini…!! Swara asks Ragini to go to which she hesitantly agrees…
Raj and Ragini dance on the song “tu hi yeh mujhko bata de… chahun main yaa naa… apne tu dil ka pta de…”
Ragini soon becomes comfortable with Raj and starts enjoying the dance…!! Both of them come to their senses on hearing the clapping from the audience…
Next is Swara and Sanskaar’s turn..!! Both are extremely happy as they are together after so many days and this is the moment they had to enjoy (as Swara will be going back to the baadi again as the day of her return has not been decided)…
Swara and Sanskaar start dancing on the song “Hua hai aaj pehli baar… jo aise muskuraya hun… tumhe dekha to jaana yeh k kyu duniya main aaya hun…”
Sanskaar takes Swara’s hand and places it on his shoulder…!! Holding Swara by her waist he pulls her closer to him…!! This leaves Swara blushing as for the first time they are dancing so closely…
Sanskaar: Swara…???
Swara: Hmm…!!
Sanskaar: Did I tell you that you are looking absolutely breath taking today…!!!
Swara blushes hard getting a compliment from her husband…
Sanskaar (smiles seeing her expression): Kya hua… aise kya dekh rhi ho…???
Swara (comes to her senses and smiles): Haan… wo… kuch nhi…!!
Sanskaar (naughtily): Aise dekhogi to, kahin meri niyaat na badal jae…!!!
Swara (shocked): Huhh..?!! What do you mean…??
Sanskaar (in a husky and romantic voice): May be I won’t let you go home today… (Winks at her with a naughty smile)
Swara becomes speechless and gets shocked to see the romantic side of Sanskaar…!! In the mean time the song gets over and they get down from the stage…!! But Swara is still blushing remembering Sanskaar’s words…
The party gets over…
Ragini (to Swara): Swara, let’s go home…!!
Swasan get sad on hearing that now they have to get separated from each other… Raj and Ragini both notice this…!!
Raj: Swara Bhabhi… if you don’t mind can I drop Ragini home actually I need to have a talk with her regarding some office work…!!
Swara agrees to this and Ragini leaves for baadi with Raj, and Swasan leave together…

In Raj’s car…
Ragini: Sir, aapko kya baat krni thi…?!?!
Raj: Nothing… I just wanted to give some quality time to Swasan so that they can be with each other for a bit longer time…!! I think they wanted some time together…!!
Ragini (smiles): Thank you sir…!! I really appreciate your effort and I thank you from the core of my heart…!!
Raj: Oh my god…!!! Two thanks in just one line…!! Don’t you get tired of thanking me…!! Let’s just get the things sorted out…!! FRIENDS…??? (forwards his hand towards Ragini for handshake)
Ragini (smiles looking at his cute and caring gesture and shakes hands with him): Friends…!!
(This was the beginning of their friendship… ☺)
In swasan’s car…
Sanskaar is driving the car and Swara is sitting beside him with her head leaning on his shoulder…
Sanskaar: Swara…!!
Swara: Hmm…!!
Sanskaar: Aaj jaana zaroori hai kya…?!! Just for today’s night can’t you stay with me…???
Swara, who is just speechless on hearing Sanskaar’s request, looks at him and gets shocked to see Sanskaar’s teary eyes…!! She is just not able to say anything but just then suddenly the car stops with a thud…
Swara: What happened Sanskaar…??
Sanskaar: I don’t know… let me check…!!
Sanskaar gets down and checks the car…
Sanskaar: Swara, kuch samajh nhi aa rha h… I think we need to consult a mechanic…!!
Swara: But where are we going to find a mechanic at this hour and this place is so lonely too…!!
Sanskaar (thinks for a while): Let me call Adarsh bhai… and ask him for another car…!! You just inform maa baba that you’ll be late…!!
Sanskaar calls Adarsh and Swara calls her maa… After disconnecting the call…
Sanskaar: Bhai is busy with some clients and will reach here in two three hours…!!
Swara (innocently): Abb…. Now what we’ll do…???
Sanskaar: We have no other option we’ll have to wait…!!
Swara: But Sanskaar it looks like it’s going to rain soon…!!
After 10 mins… it starts raining…
Sanskaar just runs and sits inside the car… but Swara keeps standing…!! She feels as if the rain drops are just washing away all her pain and sufferings from the past and the present… she just wants to enjoy each and every moment…
Sanskaar, who keeps watching Swara just couldn’t take his eyes off her…!! He has a sudden urge to go and kiss her but his conscience stops him… He stops thinking about how she will react…!! But as he sees Swara enjoying in rain with her arms spread wide… all wet… he just loses his self-control and gets down the car…
With slow and careful steps, he starts moving towards her… On the other hand Swara is completely oblivious of Sanskaar approaching as she is standing with her back facing towards Sanskaar…!! Suddenly, she feels a firm grip on her belly…!! Her heart skips a beat, finding Sanskaar so close to her…
Sanskaar takes Swara’s hairs and places them on her other shoulder… He kisses her nape…!! Swara closes her eyes feeling his kiss…!!
Seeing her complying with his acts Sanskaar just turns her towards him to find her eyes closed tightly out of shyness… Sanskaar smiles seeing her blushing…!! He moves closer to her and both of them could feel each other’s heart beat…
Sanskaar kisses her forehead and Swara open her eyes giving a small smile…Sanskaar admires her big beautiful eyes overflowing with tremendous love for him… he kisses her eyes and both her cheeks… and slowly leans towards her lips…!! Swara blushes and turns away from him…!!
As she is about to go away Sanskaar holds her hand and turns her towards him…
Sanskaar: Swara… please…!!
Swara couldn’t deny her husband this time and closes her eyes giving him the permission…!! Sanskaar, without wasting another second leans towards her placing his lips softly over hers…!! He slides one of his hands across her waist while with other he caresses her hairs with lots of love…!! whereas Swara’s one hand holds Sanskaar’s shoulder for support and her other hand keeps playing with his hairs…!!
It was just not any kiss, but their first kiss where both of them try to show all the love and passion they had for each other…!!
With the rain, the nature also seems to be blessing them witnessing the union of two souls and mingling into one…!!
