His Solace.. His Angel (ragsan) part 34

Thank you so much for all the comments. They mean a lot. Once again thank you for liking this ff. Also I beforehand informed you that Sanskar will turn obsessive towards Ragini so you’ll see the obsessive side of Sanskar in this and the coming chapters. If you’ve a problem with the storyline then don’t hesitate to inform.
Reaching the door of their shared bedroom, Sanskar opened it to reveal the back of his giggling Princess who was busy drawing something. Her tongue slightly poked out, as she cutely scrunched her eyebrows in concentration.

He slowly reached behind her and bent himself in a way that his head was right beside her face.
“And what is my Angel doing?” He asked as he stared at the figures on the white sheet. Ragini jumped at he sudden voice. “Aah!!!!” She shrieked, startled but calmed down when her eyes landed on Sanskar who was staring at her sheepishly. “Cupy!!” Ragini scolded, playfully punching his arms. “Ouch!! You’re not supposed to hit your to-be-husband Missy.” Sanskar complained pouting while Ragini giggled at his antics.

“So, what are you drawing?” He asked curiously. At this a huge smile came onto her lips. “These” She pointed at the two figures at the end, “are Papa and Arjun bhai” and “these” she said looking at the two lean figures in the middle, “are me and you. Our little happy family right?” She questioned shyly, staring up at him with a wide grin. “Yeah, a happy family.” Sanskar couldn’t decipher his happiness at the moment. After so many years, he has a family once again.
“I brought ice-cream for you.” Sanskar informed, opening his arms as he expected his Angel to hug him but instead she ran out of the room happily, squealing “Ice-cream” on her way as he looked stunned at her retreating figure.

“Never met someone who love ice-cream this much.” Shaking his head in amusement, a small smile graced his lips.
*****////////
Ragini was lounging comfortably on the bed with lamp light on, propping her head on her hand as she concentrated on her book, reading it out aloud. Sanskar’s one hand was wrapped around her waist which wasn’t unusual. He listened to her intently but fell asleep after a while as the tiredness of the day hit him. She sighed, adding a bookmark before placing the book aside, no longer in the mood to read.
Feeling a bit stuffy, she moved to get out of the bed but was stopped when Sanskar’s grip only tightened.

“What are you doing?” He asked in a groggy voice.
“I’m going to get some water.” Ragini said as she tried to remove the covers and get out of the bed once again. She failed twice when he simply pulled her closer, laying her head on his chest.
“No.” He groaned shaking his head like a child. Ragini sighed in exasperation. His grip was beginning to get a little uncomfortable as she felt a bit uneasy.
“Come on, Cupy. I’m thirsty. I need to go get some water.” He frowned before opening his eyes and looked at her. It was the same look he worn when she was outside. It was like he knew he was being selfish for keeping an eye on her like this, but he couldn’t help himself. He had to be with her or he would go crazy.
“I don’t want to let you go.” Sanskar whispered softly.

Ragini just gave him a small smile, playfully ruffling his hair. “Don’t worry nothing gonna happen to me Buddy. You worry too much. Now let me go?”
Sanskar took a few minutes to decide before slowly unwrapping his arms.
“I trust that you’ll drink water and come right back?” He questioned staring at her apprehensively.
“5 minutes!!!” Ragini yelled before bolting out of the room. Sanskar frowned as he watched her leave.

Ragini was heading to their bedroom when her curious gaze struck at the dark mahogany door with intricate designs at the end of the narrow hallway. In a way, the room appeared to be somewhat separated from the mansion. “Wonder, what could be there?” She is living in the mansion for so long but never once did she saw the room unlocked. “Must be a spare room or something.” Not giving it much thought she continued on her way.

Sanskar was feeling anxious and 30 seconds hadn’t even passed. ‘5 minutes seemed a long time just to go, get some water.’ He sighed, before laying back and running his hands through his hair.
“Calm down. Calm down. It’ll be alright. She just went to get some water.” Sanskar muttered to himself as he restrained himself from getting up to go and check on her. “She’s in the house. She is fine. Nothing would happen.” But then his mind ventured off to the things that could happen when he isn’t with his Angel. His heart clenched at the thought. “Maybe I should check. Just to be sure that Bunny is safe.” Lost in his thoughts, he was about to get up when Ragini entered the room.

“Are you alright? I was gone for a few minutes only.” Ragini looked down at him worriedly. Sanskar grabbed her by shoulders and pulled her instantly into an embrace. He looked at her thoughtfully as he wrapped his arms around her in a protective stance.
“Nothing will ever take you away from me.” He muttered pecking the top of her head peacefully falling asleep with his Angel in his arms.
Excess Of Nothing Is Good Beyond A Limit. Not Even LOVE.
And the couple certainly will come to understand this fact soon enough.

Sorry this chapter is a bit short but I promise the next one will be lengthier. If you liked this part then please comment.
