Hi ??? I’m so sorry, I know I’m very late!! But what to do? Only today I got time to write. Thank you Niyaaa for encouraging me! It’s because of you in posting this today ???.
I know I haven’t updated this fs for 2 weeks. I’m really sorry about that!! Thank you so much for those who liked and commented on the last part/ 3rd shot. It was 68 likes without any dislikes!! ??? I couldn’t believe my own eyes when I saw that. Thank you Aafiya, Swetha, Niyaaa, Tumpamoni, Shining, Riya, Anu, Anee and Amnaa for commenting on the last part. I didn’t have time to reply you guys earlier and now the comments are closed. So i cant reply to them ???. Thank you lovely readers!! Love you so much ???.
Ok now let’s go to the story. You might’ve forgot this fs by now, so I’ll give you the link to the last part.
Previously on “Soch Na Sake”,
“??? You want to MARRY me?? ??? Oh My Goddddd!!!” Sanchi yelled dramatically.
Kabir was so shocked that he applied breaks and the car stopped in the middle oh the road. “Are you out of your mind!! Why the hell would I want to MARRY YOU!!” He exclaimed.
Sanchi’s cheerful mood vanished. “Relax Dr. Kabir, I was just pulling your leg. No need to take it so seriously.” She said looking out of the window. “Am I that bad that the mere thought of getting married to me makes you this much panicked?” She asked hurt.
Now he felt bad. He didn’t want to see her sad. “Sanchi, that’s not what I meant. I just-”
“No I get what you meant. You just said that so those goons would let me go. I know that. (She’s trying to smile ???) See… we already reached the hostel. I’ll walk from here. Ok?” Sanchi said seeing the hostel near.
“No I’ll drop you at the gate” – Kabir
“It’s just few steps. I’m sure I can go without getting in to any trouble ???” Sanchi grinned at him.
Kabir can see she’s trying to be cheerful but it wasn’t working. He didn’t want to make the situation worse by asking anything. So he agreed to her. “Ok then, see you tomorrow, good night!”
“Sure sir, good night! ???” she smiled again and opened the door. “Main tujhko kitna chaahata hai ye tu kabhi soch na sake” saying that she went out.
Kabir hit his steering wheel hard. “Damn it!! She said those words again!! Why is she making so confused?” He drove away and went home.

Few days have passed since that incident. All back to normal.
……….Dr. Sunil’s cabin……….
“Sanchi, there is this patient I want you to take care of. Her name is Kusum Kapoor and here’s her file” Sunil told Sanchi while handing her a file.
“Ok papa! I’ll take good care of this patient!! But papa…… is she a special person? Why are you suddenly giving me this case? ???” she asked from him.
“Umm she’s a friend…… you’ll find out soon” Sunil said casually but Sanchi eyed him cautiously.
“Now go!! She must be waiting!!” He made her go.
……….room 3124……….
There was a lady, reading a magazine on the bed.
“Good morning ma’am, I’m your doctor, Sanchi Mishra” ??? Sanchi greeted with a smile.
The lady lifted her head from the magazine and looked at her up and down. “Good morning beta ???” she smiled.
She was checking Kusum’s reports when someone opened the door hurriedly.
“Riya? What’re you doing here?” – Sanchi
Riya didn’t pay any mind to her and went to Kusum with a smile.
“Pranaam aunty ji ???!!!” She greeted.
Sanchi’s eyes widened ??? ** since when did she become this much sanskaari??? ???**
Kusum was a bit confused. “Namaste beta, but you are…. Riya, right?”
Riya beamed like a tubelight!! “??? so you remember me!! If you want anything, please tell me. I’ll take care of you!!”
“Thank you beta. But Kabir already appointed a doctor for me. So you don’t have to worry!” Kusum said kindly signing towards Sanchi.
Riya noticed her only now. **Yeh ladki!! ??? Always ruin my chances to get close to Dr. Kabir ???!!!** she hid her annoyance and smiled ??? widely. “No matter aunty ji, if you need anything you can ask me!! After all you’re like my own mother ???”
Then the door to the room opened again revealing Kabir himself.
“How are you maa?” he asked.
“Fine beta” replied Kusum.
“MAA???” Asked a confused Sanchi.
Other trio turned to her.
“Oh ho Sanchi!! I can’t believe you!! Didn’t you know Kusum aunty is Dr. Kabir’s mother?” Riya said with a victorious smirk ??? to show Sanchi that she knew something she didn’t knew.
Sanchi got annoyed. “No Riya, I didn’t. I only knew that she’s my patient and I have to take good care of her. But you didn’t let me do that! You came here and disturbed me!!” She said in a calm voice.
“Riya, don’t you have any duties today?” Asked Kabir.
“I have sir and I-” Riya was rudely cut off.
“Then you should go and do them” Kabir finished the talk and Riya went silently. While passing she saw Sanchi smirking back at her ???.
Kusum noticed all these reactions from aside and smiled to herself.
“Sanchi, how’s maa’s reports?” – Kabir
“They’re good. After the surgery, aunty’s condition is improving a lot” – Sanchi
“Good” Kabir got a call and he excused himself.
“I’m sorry aunty, I didn’t know that you’re Kabir sir ka maa ???” Sanchi apologized.
“What beta? It’s perfectly fine. I’m so happy to get a doctor who is so dedicated to her work ???” – Kusum
“Can I ask a question aunty?” Kusum nodded. “Are you sure you’re that person’s mother? I mean, ??? itni sweet maa ko karela jaise beta kaise paida hua? ???”
Kusum laughed hard ???.
“Really? So I’m like karela? Huh?” Kabir asked crossing his arms in front of him and leaning on the door frame.
“Man mein sanka lag gayi lanka!!!” Slipped from Sanchi’s mouth.
Kusum laughed more and said, “bilkul sahi kaha beta ??? even I wonder that. Maybe, when Kabir was born, the baby got exchanged ???” thoughtfully.
“Maa… aap bhi??” Kabir said in a cute upset voice.
“??? so you can sound cute too?? ??? everyday I get to know something new about you ???” – Sanchi
“I’m NOT cute!!” – Kabir
“Of course!! Who said you’re cute? I said you SOUND cute ???” – Sanchi
“You-” – Kabir
“??? achcha theek hai!! Ab bas karo tum dono ??? aur Golu… you’re khadoos! Just like bitter guard! I completely agree with Sanchi!” Kusum said to annoy him more.
Kusum & Sanchi high fived. Kabir frowned at them.
“I think I should change your duty and appoint Riya as maa’s doctor. She will do better than you!” Kabir said with a smirk ???.
Sanchi’s face hardened at this. “Then why don’t you? (Hiding her anger, she smiled sweetly at him) ??? You definitely should get Riya here ???. After all Kusum aunty is her hone wale saas hai na ???”
“KYA….???? ???” Kusum exclaimed.
Kabir was shocked. “No maa she’s just-”
“Haa aunty! At first I thought it was one sided love of Riya ??? But now after Dr. Kabir said that Riya should be here instead of me, I realised…. Their love goes both ways ???” Sanchi said dreamily.
“Golu, what am I hearing??? ???” asked an angry Kusum.
“There’s nothing like that maa-” Kabir was trying to explain but Sanchi wasn’t giving him any chance.
“It’s exactly like that aunty!! You remember na, how Riya greeted you! That’s because she know that you’re gonna be her saas ???” Sanchi added more fuel to the fire.
“Stop it Sanchi!” Kabir was losing his patience.
“Why are you yelling at her? She’s just telling me the truth na!” Kusum scolded him.
“No aunty, don’t scold him. He didn’t do any mistake. He just fell in love… what’s his fault? Anyway, this is your family problem. I should go” Sanchi said softly.
“You brought this problem!!!” Kabir said angrily ???.
Sanchi frowned. “I’ll come again later and tell you more about their love story, aunty ???. Bye bye… GOLU…!!” She winked ??? at him and went away.
Kabir turned to his mother and saw her giving a thumbs up to Sanchi ???.
“Oh! So you two were united in troubling me!!” He finally understood the story.
“??? You have to admit, Kabir!! ??? it was so funny to pull your leg ???” – Kusum
“Really? Then I’ll give you the most bitter medicine I can find!!” – Kabir
“Ok ok I’ll stop ???. You said that girl Sanchi is annoying. But she’s so lovely ???” – Kusum
“What magic did she do to you?” He asked in disbelief.
“The same magic she did to you!!” – Kusum
“What’re you talking about maa?” – Kabir
“Dekh Golu, I’m your mother. I can see everything very well. I know you like her and I like her too ???. Now you have to make her my bahu ???” – Kusum
“Not happening maa!! And I don’t like her!!” Kabir went away.
……….next day afternoon………
Veer came to see Kusum. “Hey baby ??? how are you?”
“I’m so bored Veer! Just waiting for Sanchi to come when she got free time” she replied with a smile.
“She won’t come today aunty, she’s not well” – Veer
“Why beta? What happened?” – Kusum
“Nothing major, she fainted. She wasn’t having her meals properly and because of that, she got weak and fainted. Don’t worry, she’s better now ???” Veer explained and Kusum sighed in relief.
In another room where Sanchi was lying. Kabir came there and saw her sleeping peacefully.
He came in quietly and sat on her bed without disturbing her sleep. **No matter how much you make me crazy, you’re so dedicated to your work. I’ve never seen someone with this much passion towards her career ???. You’re very different but an amazing girl ???** he thought while slowly caressing her hair.
“Get well soon!” He mumbled and stood to leave. Then felt a tug on his coat sleeve. He turned and saw Sanchi pulling his coat sleeve to stop him from going.
“Weren’t you asleep?” He asked.
“Nope” she pulled his hand again. “Sit” she insisted.
When he sat beside him, she immediately put his hand over her head. Kabir looked at her confused. “It felt nice when you did that earlier” she said reminding him the way he caressed her head earlier. He slowly started to do that again and she closed her eyes with a smile. His heart melted at her innocent behaviour.
“This is bad!!” She said with her eyes closed.
“What’s bad?” Asked Kabir.
“I can’t think of a song that suits this situation right now!!” She complained opening her eyes.
Kabir started to laugh ???. “What’s so funny?” She asked pouting.
“Tum aur tumhari songs ???. Is it really necessary to sing in every situation?” He asked smiling.
“Of course!! Just give me few moments and I’ll think of a song ???” she closed her eyes again.
“Leave it. How are you feeling now?” He asked softly.
She opened her eyes slowly. “You came to see me ??? so I’m better now!!”
Kabir shook his head in disbelief. “Seriously? What am I? Medicine?”
“Hmm something like that ???” she smiled again.
“We’ll have to take a blood sample of mine and check, what kind of medicine am I” Kabir said sarcastically.
“Nope! Others can’t get well because of you. You’re only MY medicine ???. Yaad aaya!!!”

“If I start to smile more often, I’d be out of character” he said thoughtfully.
She understood. “Oh!! I forgot!! You have to maintain your khadoos image!! ??? (she mumbled to herself) ‘if you start to smile more often, girls will come after you more. So it’s good if you don’t smile!!’ ???”
“What did you said?” – Kabir
“Kuch nahi ??? (she lifted her arm and touched his face) but if not often, just smile occasionally, life is too short to waste frowning, you know!” She took her hand back and closed her eyes to sleep.
“Pagal ladki…” He stood to leave.
“Main tujhko kitna chaahata hai ye tu kabhi soch na sake……!” She mumbled in her sleep stopping him.
“Phir se? Why are you making me so confused, yaar?” He said to himself and went out.
Unknown to them, someone heard all of these. Someone else came there and tapped on that person’s shoulder, calling him. “Sunil?”
He turned around. “Anand, will my daughter ever get a normal life?” Asked Sunil wiping his tears.
“Don’t loose hope! Everything will be fine” Anand tried to make his mind.
