Part 38-

Ranch,Rajkot

Vijay comes to Dheera….

Vijay:Sir we notice a red-beam flashing across the Ranch….It’s not in a specific place so we can’t tell from where it’s coming….I think u and madam should leave immediately….

Dharam agreed….He and Meera moved a step away when Bang,a shot?was fired and it got a bodygaurd,who fell to the ground-DEAD!!….Meera screamed with fright ???and buried her face into Dharam’s chest….He pulled her to safety-which was behind servants-quarters….Dharam knew “HE IS THE INTENDED TARGET”….

All the bodygaurds came forward and began shooting in the direction of the first shot….Gun-shots from the opponent was coming from ALL DIRECTIONS now….Meera saw a red-lazer dot on Dharam’s chest and immediately pulled him down….Bang,the shot ?missed….

Dharam was loosing all his men….The loyal bodyguards and some trusty servants from the Ranch were loosing their lives protecting their Sir and Madam….Bang,their was a shot?from the left….Bang!!!now it was from the right….

Bang- Bang- Bang- Bang -Bang- Bang- Bang-the shots??were getting louder,and Dharam knew the hitmen were coming closer???…..

Dharam pointed out a “hangar-like”structure to Meera….

Dharam(Cups Meera’s face):Meeru I need u to run with me….

Meera nodded….That place was at least 80 yards away but both were determined….They held onto each other’s hands tightly and began the long distance sprint….

The shooters saw the couple running and began firing ?at them….Bang- Bang- Bang- Bang- Bang- Bang….Dharam’s arm flinched and Meera knew he got shot but they continued to run….Their destination was close….Bang- Bang- Bang- Bang,more shots??were fired….Dheera finally entered the “hangar”….

Scene shifts to Suryavanshi House

Gaura is shown praying to “Ambey maa”…..Suddenly wind makes the Diya blow but gaura holds it with her hands on time….

Gsura:Hey Ambey maa I am feeling weird today….I hope nothing happens to my children’s….Please protect them??……

Scene shifts to a Ranch,Rajkot

It was an empty building?….Except for one thing which stood at the center…..Meera was relieved but worried at the same time….

Meera:Dharamji can u fly it???….
Dharam(Smiling):Yeah I can pilot it?….

Dharam signaled her to press a large red button on the wall…Meera did iit and the roof of the building opened….He gestured her to sit inside….Meera before doing so took a handkerchief from Dharam’s pocket and tied it on his upper arm where he got the shot….

Both sat in the helicopter?and Dharam started it…He pressed a number of switches,put his foot on the anti-torque pedal and onto the cyclic stick with both hands….The rotor blades began to spin and the helicopter moved upwards….They were out of the building and flying over the Ranch….Meera looked down at the Ranch which was strewn with dead bodies….

The ride was a quite one….Meera was coming to terms at what just happened and Dharam was trying to put a brave front while desperately trying to hide something….

Meera noticed Dharam’s tensed face-it was obvious he was in a lot of pain….She quickly took out her cell?and phoned Dr.Priya….The signal was very weak….Fortunately her message went through about Dharam being shot in Rajkot….Dharam pulled hard on the manual-throttle to speed up the flight…..

After 90 mins their home could be seen….Dharam landed the helicopter?on the helipad which was specially made on top of their place-for emergencies like this….Meera was beyond worried and held on Dharam’s hand for reassurance….All their bodygaurds,Parag and Dr.Priya were waiting on the roof for them….Their was also an ambulance?on the premises….

Meera walked out and hugged Parag….Dharam din’t got out….Eventually the door squeaked open….Dharam’s weary leg can out first,then his whole body fell out-UNCONCIOUS…..

Meera:Dharamji…..
Parag:Dharam!!!!….

They both ran towards him….Tears roles down from their face????…..She lifted his head and placed it on her lap….Dr Priya began checking him….Dharam had worn a black shirt,as it soaked with blood-nobody could notice….Dr Priya spotted a wet patch and lifted Dharam’s shirt….

DHARAM WAS SHOT!!!…The second shot was in his side inches away from his heart?….Dr Priya quickly got him in the ambulance? and took him to the nearest hospital?….Meera hugging Parag cried inconsolably???….

Meera:Dr tell me dharamji is gonna be fine…..

Priya remained silent….

Parag:For God’s sake tell us something….I want my son to be fine….
Meera:Yaa we want the truth….

Priya held Meera’s hand into hers….

Priya:Pray for him?….It doesn’t look good….

Meera screamssss!!!!!!…..Parag consoles her…..

Precap:Pari comes running to Meera and hugs her….Meera cries ??hugging her….
