The Episode starts with Rakesh asking Aditya what did Senior doctor say about the bandage. Aditya says this is the last day for this bandage, and he is quite better. Ishaan comes there and says I want to tell you something. He says actually Suhani di has hidden a big thing from you all, that I had eloped from home and didn’t want to stay here. Sudha asks you want to leave your Maa. She hugs him. Dadi says fight happens in every home. Rakesh asks what did you mean that you had runaway from home. He says I am sorry for slapping you. Ishaan asks him not to say sorry and says you will not slap me again. Suhani says Ishaan will not do anything that you beat him. Ishaan says he will not do this mistake again. Aditya gets impressed with Suhani. Suhani thinks Ranveer shall not enter her life again. Ranveer drinks and thinks he has all rights on her, her family will break and she will return to him.
Later Suhani is teaching Ishaan and helping him in his studies. Sudha brings tea for him and says he will get admission in good MBA college. Ishaan says I am surprised that didi is teaching me commerce, though she is doing MBBS. Later they play carrom board happily.
Suhani teaches Ishaan how to make tea. He says you will make me make tea from now onwards. Dadi and Suhani look at them. Later Suhani comes to Aditya and sees him crying hugging his Mom’s clothes. An old guy is sitting there. Aditya tells that today is his Mom’s birthday and she used to celebrate it. He gets emotional and cries. Suhani says she can understand and asks why are you packing these clothes. Aditya says I used to feel Mom touching her clothes and talked to her and used to talk to her. He says time has come for me to move on and even Mom will want this. He says Acharya ji was telling that some poor people need the clothes. Suhani recalls Ranveer’s love and care for Mamta. Aditya asks what happened? Suhani says I was thinking something. Acharya ji asks if she is worried. Suhani says no. Aditya introduces Acharya ji and Suhani to each other and asks her to show her hand to him. Suhani says sorry and says she don’t believe on all this. She goes to make breakfast for him. Acharya ji tells Aditya that he can feel that his friendship with her is very strong and she has special place in his life. Aditya asks Acharya ji to guide Ishaan and do a favor on them.
Acharya ji comes to Rakesh’s side of house. Aditya tells Dadi that they shall show Ishaan’s hand to Acharya ji. Dadi calls Ishaan. Aditya asks where is Suhani. Dadi says she is in kitchen and helping her mother. Sudha asks Suhani why is she restless? Suhani says no and says Aditya got emotional as today was his mother’s birthday. Sudha says it is natural and asks why are you upset. Suhani says even Ranveer was like him, and was emotional for Mamta. She says she is angry and thinks why she remembers his thoughts even now, and thinks she is weak to think all that. Sudha says humans are such, some memory of him come infront of you, but we will win surely. She says we will take Aditya out and have food, to celebrate his mother’s birthday. Acharya ji sees Ishaan’s hand. He says it is brother’s duty to take care of his sister, but his sister will take care of him and will become inspiration for him. dadi asks if he will become a big personality. Acharya ji says until his sister is with him, he will prosper. Suhani says Ishaan will prosper with his hardwork and not because of me. He says he read it with science. He asks can I see your hand. Suhani refuses and asks him to have breakfast.
Aditya asks him to face read her. Acharya ji looks at Suhani. Dadi asks if she will become doctor. Acharya ji says when she don’t trust my education, then it is waste to say anything. Aditya thinks what she thinks about me. Dadi asks what is her future? Acharya ji says I will say if you permit me. Suhani says ok. Acharya ji says the circumstances with which you have fought and came here, you have to return there. Rakesh comes there and says we don’t agree. He says you are wrong about this, it is impossible for us to return there.
Precap: Aditya tells Suhani that she has broken the college record and says she has come to top. Suhani celebrates the victory and thinks to tell Ranveer, how she became Dr. Suhani Sharma on her own.
