Sirat facing Sirat 4 shot os Part 1

Hai friends ,sry for not updating over months . Will be friends forever new promo will be updated at night. (My phone is not working, I am using my sister’s phone .)I am bored with the current track an you too . So I decided to write a 4 shot os . This starts from after marriage of ranveer and sirat .
Starts ,
Next day,
(Sirat stays at Goenka villa . Next day ,before going )
Sirat – Ranveer , come let’s go to hospital for check up .
Ranveer – ok, let’s go .
They reach at xyz hospital .
Kartik is seen there .
Kartik – have you donated the money ?
Client – thank you for your help sir . Because of you ,many patients are saved . But ,why you donate ?
Kartik – I can’t save my wife ,so I am saving others life .
Kartik sees sirat.

After some talk ,Kartik goes .
Same hospital in ICU room .
Doctor – She is here from 9 months and still is critical . She has survived and still surviving ,maybe for her family.
Sirat is collecting medicines . Ranveer is walking across after check up.
Ranveer (sees a girl in ICU) – nurse, who is she ?
Nurse – She has been admitted here since 9 months . Do you know her ?

Ranveer go nears her and she moves her hand . Doctor comes and takes her in operation theatre .
Meanwhile ,
Ranveer calls kartik and says he has seen a lookalike like sirat. Kartik comes and hope she is naira . If not then he will live like others who had been living without their wife fo year . Sirat is confused too about how will naira react about their same face .They didn’t tell goenka and singhania .(naksh has recovered).
After some time ,
A girl come in a wheelchair ,
Girl – Ranveer .
Sirat – how are you naira ?
Girl – I am not naira . Who are you ? You look like me .I am sirat marykom shekhawat .
The boys are confused .
