Scene 1
Rani says to Raja that you threw me out of your house, your heart and said things that makes me shiver till today but still I didn’t leave your house as then Gunvant and Kritika would have taken everything from you and I didn’t want that because I love… I mean.. I was fulfilling my duty as a wife. Raja says I did mistakes, a lot of them but please give me a chance. He moves towards her but mistakenly cup falls from the kitchen slab by his touch. Rani glares at him. She shows him mangalsutra and says this relationship has ended for me. Raja is shocked to see that she has taken it off. Rani says I didn’t take off this, it broke when you threw me out of the house. Remember the divorce papers you brought? I should have signed them and should have ended this relationship.

Raja says you said that our relationship is of 14 pheras instead of 7 pheras so how can it be weak? Rani says because our relationship isn’t based on equality, you are rich. Eventually, people can make you believe that I helped you get this shop back because I wanted a rich life, if I buy some bag then people will comment that I am living a lavish life on her husband’s money. Raja says I won’t listen to anyone now. Rani says think about me, you blamed me for being greedy, tell me can I ever ask you to bring gifts for me? Wives take money from their husband’s wallet but can I do that now? You didn’t trust me, I can’t live a normal life with you, how will we survive like this? Rani says so you are asking me to forget all the insults? the mistrust that you had in me? I can’t do that so I can’t move ahead with this relationship. She puts mangalsutra down. Raja says you can say anything but our relationship won’t break so easily. Rani says this is not a fairytale, this is life and we have to face reality. Raja says you are magic for me, you came in my life and changed it. I promise you that the snake will never bite you again. He takes the mangalsutra and says I am taking it back as it will remind me of you and I am leaving these shoes here as they will remind you of me. I am willing to take any test to get you back and Rani will be Raja’s only. Rani looks on. Raja smiles and leaves.

Rani sits down to drink tea and looks at the shoes that Raja left. She recalls Raja showing them to her and how they found out that they met in childhood and were connected through those shoes. She hugs the shoes and cries.

Raja comes to his room and looks at Rani’s makeup sadly. He recalls his moments with her and sighs. Shubharambh plays as Raja looks at the mangalsutra.

Scene 2
Gunvant is angrily sitting in his room and recalls how Rani turned everything around and made Raja the shop owner. He breaks the glass in anger. Kritika says what are you doing? You know Mehul has left the house with Jharna, he doesn’t want to work in the shop for free and will work for Jharna’s father. Hitank is out of the city too so I couldn’t stop Mehul. Gunvant says let them go, I have lost my position after so much struggle. I made a name for this shop and this Raja destroyed everything. Kritika says now we will beg to Raja and Asha? Gunvant says I fooled Raja for many years and we were on right track to get the shop but Rani destroyed everything. Raja doesn’t know that I am not a cat but a lion, I will attack Raja when he has the least of the idea.

Rani is sitting by the window and recalls her moments with Raja. She silently weeps. Raja is sitting in his room and missing her too. They recall their valentine moments. Rani thinks that everything is finished. Raja thinks that nothing is finished, I won’t let it end like this, I promise you Rani.
