Shubh Labh fame Chhavi Pandey to essay the role of Choti Anu’s real mother in Anupamaa
Chhavi Pandey, who is known for her role in the show Shubh Labh is now all set to make an entry in the popular TV show Anupamaa. The actress will essay Choti Anu’s (essayed by Asmi Deo) real mother in the show.
A source close to the production house told BT, “Chhavi will enter the show as Choti Anu’s real mother and will cause trouble in the lives of Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Anupama (Rupali Ganguly). She will want her child back. It is a cameo, which will last around one-and-a-half months. Her character name is Maya and currently, the track shows how Anu has grown fond of her, but her face hasn’t been revealed.”
The source added, “Initially Chhavi had qualms about playing a mother, but then she felt her role was meaty and even though it’s a cameo, she agreed to it, because the show is doing well on the small screen.”
