The Episode starts with Raavan saying I had come here in anger, and it turned into love on seeing your beautiful face. He proposes her for marriage. Sita stays silent. Raavan says no one will come to help you. Hanuman looks on. He thinks of Ram’s words and stops. Raavan asks Sita why aren’t you understanding this after so many months, look at me, no one has dared to turn away, this world is evident that you have rejected my love and plea. He gets angry and scolds her. He says I will forcibly marry you now. Sita stares at him. Hanuman prays. Raavan says its time to end this stubbornness and make a relation, you have nothing to help you here. He goes towards Sita.
Sita says stop there, Raavan. She picks a straw and says you can’t change a woman’s no into yes by force, this straw will defeat you today. The straw shines. She keeps the straw on the ground. She says you will know the strength of a devoted wife. Raavan walks ahead. He stumbles back. He remembers some Devta’s curse. He goes back. Sita prays. She asks did you understand your strength now. She says just think of Ram’s strength, he is sun and you are just a lightning bug. She praises Ram.
She says never try to touch me again. Raavan says enough of the insult. He gets a sword. He says I can’t touch you, but this sword can. Sita says it’s a right decision, I thank this weapon to free me from this bad situation. She closes eyes and chants Ram’s name. Raavan says no one can save you from my anger today. Hanuman looks on. Raavan attacks Sita. Mandodari stops him. Raavan asks her to leave his hand. She says no, your weapon will ruin your own respect, you can’t attack a defenseless woman, one moment of anger will turn your respect into insult, does it suit you to use this weapon on a woman. Raavan says fine, I will not ruin my Rakshas Kul respect, after one month, Ram’s vanvaas will complete, he can’t reach Lanka, you be happy till then, if you don’t agree, then I will feed you to these Rakshas, you decide it now, death or life.
Raavan and everyone leave. Sita cries and thinks of Ram. Asurs ask Sita to leave her stubbornness. Hanuman looks on. Trijata asks Asurs to leave Sita free. She sends the Asurs. She asks Sita not to lose hope. Sita says Ram and his message didn’t come. Trijata consoles Sita. She says I have to ensure that the Rakshas don’t come to scare you, very soon this night will end and a morning of hope will come. Sita nods. Hanuman says I won’t let your hope break. He puts Ram’s ring down. Sita sees the ring.
