The fitness inspiration of our telly town, the handsome hunk Kushal Punjabi is no more and the industry has gone in deep shock. The actor is an established name in the television industry and was on the tube for many years. Known for his cheerful smile and a happy go lucky attitude, no one from the industry even thought in their wildest dream that Kushal would commit suicide one day.
Today his closest friend Karanvir Bohra took to his social media account and shared that Kushal Punjabi is no more. Last night Kushal was found hanging from the fan in his home in Mumbai. When Karanvir Bohra shared the post, he wrote,”Your demise has shocked the hell out of me. I’m still in denial, Kushal Punjabi. I know you are in a happier place, but this is unfathomable. The way you lead your life really inspired me in more ways than one…. but what was I to know. Your zest for dancing, fitness, off-road biking, fatherhood and above all that, that smiling face of yours, your happy-go-lucky nature your warmth all that was such ingenuity. I’m gonna miss you so much #kushlani. You will always be remembered as a guy who lived a full life.”
as per the report of a leading entertainment portal it is also being said that Kushal was suffering from depression and was on antidepressants from sometime. The industry is expressing their grief and remorse through the reactions on social media and interactions with the media.
Kushal Punjabi is survived by wife Audrey Dolhen and son Kian. The actor had appeared in a number of movies such as Lakshya, Kaal, Salaam-e-Ishq and Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal. He had also featured in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Fear Factor. The actor had also worked in soaps like Kasam Se, Dekho Magar Pyaar Se and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa among more.
