Shivika’s love story – episode 3

Episode 3

They arrived at Shivaay’s parents house and were both warmly welcomed by his family members. Shivaay was so happy to see again his dad Krishna, brother Ishaan, sister Navya and mother Jhanvi. Shivaay directly went into his room. Annika followed her mother-in-law to the kitchen. And there, Jhanvi confessed something to Annika.

Jhanvi : Promise me you won’t tell this to anyone. Only me, my husband and Shivaay know it.
Annika : Promise this will stay between us. Is it something serious ?
Jhanvi : Well… Shivaay is not our biological child.
Annika : What ???
Jhanvi : Yes ! His parents were our neighbours. When he was young he often used to come here to play with baby Ishaan. Then one day his parents died in a car accident. He was crying a lot. Me and my husband couldn’t see him crying and after all, nobody came to comfort him. So we decided to adopt him. He has always seen us like his real parents and never forgot to bee a good big brother. Among all my children he is my favourite. You know why ?
Annika : Why ?
Jhanvi : Let me show you !

She made three cups of tea without sugar and called her children on by one.

Jhanvi : Ishaan, come here I’ve made a cup of tea for you!
Ishaan : Coming!
Jhanvi : Tell me how it is !
Ishaan (while drinking) : Mummy what is this ! It doesn’t even have sugar in it, yuck!
Jhanvi : Navya, come and tell me how is the tea !
Navya (while drinking) : Mummy it tastes like nothing.
Jhanvi : Shivaay come here !
Shivaay : What happened mummy ?
Jhanvi : Nothing, just taste the tea and tell me how it is !
Shivaay (while drinking the tea) : It tastes awesome ! Nobody else can cook better than you ! By the way if you drink it, just add a little bit of sugar.

Annika began to have a very good impression of Shivaay.

Jhanvi : That’s why he will always stay my favourite !
