Epi 43–

Manali (at the camp spot)—

Rudra had introduced saumya to his gang and they were happy to have a new member who is so cute and jolly and fun joining them.

Rudra- so, happy?
Saumya- hmm
Rudra- what hmm? I introduced u to so many friends, u r having a gala time with them from a long time forgetting me and u say hmm?!!!
Saumya- woah!! Are u jealous??
Rudra- jealous! And me?? No way!!

Saumya- yes, u r! and it is ur fault, u introduced me I did not ask u to do so!
Rudra- ok parantha queen, I am J!!
Saumya- hey! I am not a parantha queen!!
Rudra- u r right, u r not a parantha queen, u r sumo! hey! Nice nickname, saumya now I will call u sumo!
Saumya- no! no! no! I am not parantha queen or sumo! I am saumya!
Rudra- yes! Yes! Yes! U r sumo! Sumo, sumo, sumo, sumo……
Saumya- rudraaaaaa!!!!! Shut up!!!!!
Rudra- no I wont! I wont! I wont!

Rudra keeps running away calling out “sumo” and saumya runs behind him. Saumya finally catches upto him and both fall on the ground and are laughing. But their laughter too stops as their eyes get locked.

Two days later—

The trek was done and everyone had just reached the foothills after the two day trek. That was the last day they would stay in manali and then the next day they would head back to their homes. It was when rudra’s eyes caught a red flag flying high on a mountain top.

Rudra- captain! Which mountain is that looks adventurous, why don’t we trek there tonight.
Captain- that one? Are u serious? That is bhuta tabu, whoever has gone trekking there has not come back till date, it is said that ghosts go there every full moon night and today is full moon night. U still want to go there?
Saumya (to a friend beside her)- wow! That is so interesting! Whoever would return safe and sound from that mountain would become a hero, wouldn’t he?

Rita was hell scared and so were the others except RUDRA he had heard saumya and instantly felt a jolt of encouragement rush through him.

Dawn time—

Amid all the snow capped mountains, a boy is seen trekking. He was rudra,

Rudra (whispering to himself)- o god! Why did I even think of coming here?? Just because sumo told something I came here! But now what?? I don’t even know the right way, which way should I go? O god, pls get me out of here safe otherwise what would happen to my brothers and my sister and my lovely dadi??

He had his crybaby expression on his face. Out of nowhere the bushes behind him moved and made sound, then came out a roar. This was enough to make rudy hell scared and cry. Suddenly the sounds of a girl’s laughter were heard and saumya came from behind the bushes. She was laughing her heart out holding her stomach. This view was captured by rudy without saumya’s notice.

Saumya (trying to hold back her laughter)- o my god!! I was right! U r such a duffer and a crybaby! ……………………… rudy, seriously there are no lions here!! And u got scared!! Look at ur face, such a crybaby, yesterday chubby took ur juice and u had this crying expression………… day before yesterday, u told the spelling of smart as “SMAT”!!! I was so right!!! U are not actually so strong and brave u in real are a crybaby and dumbbell!!
Rudra- sumooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!
Saumya- yes, crybaby

Rudra and saumya had a leg pulling session. But rudra was happy seeing saumya had finally started coming out of her cocoon and enjoying the world and her life, but at the same time he was sad that today was the last day and then tomorrow she would go back to Sangli, her hometown and he to his house Oberoi Mansion.

Raichand mansion—

Anika was in her room sitting at her work table but was lost in deep thought.

Anika (POV)- it has been two days since me and shivaay fought. It was nothing new but then this was serious unlike the other fights we have every day. We had a heated argument over a very sensitive topic, which I agree was wrong. I am trying to call him since yesterday morning but his phone is switched off. When I asked Om, he only said “anika, I am sorry but even if I want to I cant tell u where he went I made a promise to him”!!! but it is not his fault, it is billuji’s fault. So what we had a fight? Even in future when we fight, will he run away? I wrote a letter and asked Om to give to him, but I did not get my reply yet!! This is heights!!

A knock on the door brought her back into the real world. There at doorstep stood her elder brother. Anika stood up to face aditya

Anika- bhai………
Adi- u wanted to talk?

Screen freezes on anika’s tensed face.
