Part 3

Anika tried to open her eyes. She found herself lying on a couch. Everything seemed unfamiliar but his fragrance still lingered around her nose. Her eyes immediately snapped out. She found herself lying so close to shivay. His hands around her waist. She felt like she was his possession. Seeing some moment on bed shivay opened his eyes and found Anika.

He immediately got up from the bed. He moved to a nearby table and took out some pills. He made few calls and came back to her. Anika was totally confused. Before she could speak anything he handed a glass of juice to her. She tried to refuse but looking at him she left that idea and drank juice. After drinking juice he gave her some pills but being Anika she made a face and refused to take it. He stared her with fake anger. Seeing his anger she took those pills from him and swallowed it with much difficulty. He chuckled at her seeing her antics. Looking at his smiling face her pain vanished. A tear drop escaped from her eyes. He moved to her and cupped her face. He wiped her tears and interwined his hand with her. He asked calmly.

” Why Didn’t u eat anything from morning?”

Anika expected  an angry SSO. She thought he will shout on her for leaving him but here he is sitting with her and taking care of her. She can face bagad billa but not sweet Singh oberoi. She asked him slowly

” Why r u doing this to me? Why you care for me? For God sake please remember we r not husband and wife anymore. Infact you should be angry on me. But u r sitting here and caring for me. What has got into your head?”

She didn’t expect to open so much before him but she can’t control herself. Only her heart know how much it hurts to be with him. It doesn’t mean she didn’t want him or crave for him. She knew it’s practically impossible. Pinky aunty will never allow her to live in peace with shivay. At first she didn’t know why she hated her so much. Later she understood she did all this to give pain to shivay. Pinky aunty will never accept this fact. She will say thousands of reasons but no one can never change the truth. She was deeply immersed in her thoughts. Shivay shaked her gently.

” Where r u lost? Okay leave it. U r very weak. Take some rest and don’t forget about our deal.”

He left from there before she could say anything. He went downstairs only to receive a shock. Meghna Malhotra was here. He didn’t expect her here now especially at this time.

Shivay’s pov

Oh God meghna is here. This Khanna I am going to fire him. I clearly instructed him to not allow anyone inside. Meghna is definitely a perfect partner in every sense. She is highly educated, belongs to most reputed family of country, handle Malhotra empire. She was like tia but luckily she is not obsessed with reiki. Overall she is a perfect one. Every man in this world can fall for her but not me. I already lost my heart to my khidkithod Anika. I only belong to Anika but she herself lost me. She broke me so much. It pain me to give pain to her but still I am forced to do this. She messed with shivay Singh oberoi and no one can do that. She has to suffer.

” Hi meghna how come u r here? I mean it’s a big surprise.”

” Oh shivay, actually I was passing by this side and thought to visit u. But it looks like u didn’t like my visit.”

” Come on meghna I was just thinking about u. Suddenly u came so I was just a bit shocked.”

” Really shivay. I never thought u will think about me.”

Saying so she moved closer to him and held his neck. Shivay was getting uncomfortable. He tried to get free from her hold but she was firm. She was lost in his eyes. Before she could do anything her phone ringed. She cursed her phone for breaking such a cute moment.

After finishing her call she told him.

” Sorry shivay I gotta go. Got some important work to complete”.

He thanked God for saving him.

” That’s okay always work come first. We will meet soon again.”

She planted a kiss on his cheek and left from there. He turned around and found Anika behind him.

Anika ran away from there. Shivay called her but she didn’t stop.

Anika’s pov

I was feeling thirsty so I decided to get some water. I came from his special room to his cabin. What I witnessed before me was something which shattered him into million pieces. I saw shivay and his girlfriend looking into each other’s eyes. She also kissed him before leaving. It’s true I wished for his happiness but I never thought he will move on so fast. I am still struggling with his memories but he is getting engaged to someone. I clearly don’t understand why he is doing all this. He is hurting me by coming close to me. I can live a life without him but I can never live a life with him which can never last.

Hi everyone. Thank you for your support and comments. You people are awesome. Here is the next chapter. I too hate entry of Aditi Gupta in real ishqbaaz but I feel confession after separation will more intense.
