             10 years back-Maldives
Annika and Shivaay spent some time in the carnival and enjoyed to their fullest.Then they went ovr to the seaside jst backside of the concert stage.
Walking by the waters,shiv said
“Anni u seem lost. Any problem?”
-Nothing Shivaay.
They resumed their walk and both were quiet.
-Ohk I want to ask you sumthin.,said anni.
-Ask.
-Are you moving to London?
-Yes.Hw did u know?
-Arjun said me.So when r we…I mean u r going to London?
-Next week. Actually I’m leaving for Mumbai tmmrw.
-Tmmrw?!
Shiv jst sighed in response.
Meeting after 8 years,they were elated but couldn’t express out themselves.They didn’t even know if the other still loved or has moved on.
Shivaay could nt hold on his curiosity anymore.
-Annika I wanna tell u sumthin.Over these 8 years I waited for u.There wasn’t a single day I hadn’t prayed for you,longed fr u to come back.And I want to admit that I still love you. I don’t know if you still love me or not. But I won’t force you. U deserve the best Anni.

Annika was totally shocked due to his sudden admission.She was trying to sip in each and every word of his.
Seeing her quiet,shiv asked “I’m totally alright if you hv moved on.But I wanna know whose that lucky guy?”
Annika looked at him intently.
-U r right shiv.I love someone.And he’s right there, she said pointing towards the left.
Shivaay gulped down as her words came as a hrtbrk.
He slowly turned his head towards the direction Annika was pointing.He didn’t find anyone. B4 he could turn his head Annika leaned in and whispered in his ear ” u r r8 shiv I deserve the best.I love you”.
Shiv had tears in his eyes.He hugged her with all his might.
-U don’t know anni,u made me the luckiest man on this earth!
She smiled back and said “even u made me the luckiest girl in this universe”.
They hugged once again.
-But shiv u r moving to London and I’m gonna shift to Mumbai.
And I don’t want either of us to spoil our career. U shld go ahead.I ‘ll always be with you no matter what.,she said all teary and turned to leave.
Shiv held her wrist and turned her around and said”yes we will not spoil our careers but that doesn’t mean Ill leave u. We will create our future together and that’s a promise”.

Yeh mausam ki baarish
                Yeh baarish ka paani
They could hear the song on stage and it coincidentally started raining.

Yeh paani ki boonden
             Tujhe hi toh dhoonde
They looked at each other intensely.

Yeh milne ki khwaaish
          Yeh khwaaish purani
Shiv held her waist and pulled her closer.

Ho poori tujhi se
            Meri yeh kahani
They kissed.It was the kiss of  reunion of their love.
They were drowned in the rain of love.And their love was all witnessed by the rain again<3

-Dad did u leave fr London?
-Well….,He was interrupted by Annika.
-Let me complete the story shivi.

Maldives
The next morning Annika woke up and then realisation struck her that Shivaay was gonna lv today. She sprang out of bed and went towards the door of her hotel room when she saw an envelope.She picked it up and opened it.
It was an official letter from her company.It stated that she was assigned the post of MD of the company’s event management department whose new branch was all set to open in London.
It was a tie up with Oberoi Industries.
She found another chit behind it.
“Plan is all set.Get ready.We need to leave for India.”
She smiled and opened the door.
-Shivaay?!, she exclaimed as she saw Shivaay standing there.
-Hlw swthrt,he said and pecked her. “Get ready fast”.
-U did this r8 ?
-What did I do? Well if you want me to do something.Then I can make u ready.,he said and winked.
-Cheapde!
-For u always
They had a tight hug.They left hand in hand with a hope of building a beautiful future together.
Present
-So that’s hw I got my HEARTBEAT back.,shiv said looking at Annika.
-Awwwwww.That was so cute Daddy!
-So nw it’s tym to sleep.,Annika said making shivika lie down.
As shiv and anni were abt to leave shivika said “dad mum one last question”.
-Ask.
-Hnmmm..how did you get me?
Shivika’s innocent (:p) question made Annika blush and Shivaay took the chance “Good question.Annika should I tell her?”
-Shivaay!,she blushed and hit his arm. “Shivi its too late.Sleep nw”.
-Ohk but u hv to tell me.
-Ohk Shivi…I’ll surely tell u.Save that for another day.,he said and winked as Annika literally dragged him to their room.
-Don’t you think we shld hv said her ,he asked mischievously.
-Cheapde kahin k!
-What? I’m cheap.ohk then lemme show my cheapdaness completely,he said and pulled her
towards him.
That night the moon witnessed their selfless love.They became one once again!
