Scene 1
Shakti tells Shiv that she promises to never marry him, I would never ask for anything more than a friendship with you. Please take my promise and bring my best friend back, I miss you a lot. Since you are angry with me, I feel like I have lost my Shiv. I was a fool to ask for more than a friendship but I just want my friend back, please don’t break my heart. Shiv gets emotional and hugs her tightly. Shakti cries happily. All students eye them. Shakti says if you hug me like this then no one else would marry me. Shiv moves away and says I want to apologize, I did this mistake many times. I have hurt my best friend, I said so many bad words to you, I pushed you away, I am sorry. Can you please forgive me? Shakti says you don’t need to apologize. I just want to ask about your past as a friend. Shiv recalls his accident and panics. Shakti says I want to know what’s hurting you this much, if you tell me then maybe we can solve it together. I have to expose some people, they act like your family but they are your enemies. You have to trust me. She gets a call, Manorama asks her to come home fast. She says okay and leaves. Shiv says I can’t name my feelings, I have no right to love, I can’t move on in life, I am sorry.
Scene 2
Shakti is going back home and thinks I feel like Shiv is hiding something from me, he is a great doctor but he couldn’t treat that boy. He was so scared of a lizard, he kept calling himself a devil. She arrives home. Manorama asks her to come inside. Shakti says I want to tell you something about Keertan. She comes inside and finds Mandira there with Keertan. Mandira says what do you want to tell about Keertan? he is your would-be brother-in-law. Rimjhim comes there and says Mandira brought shagun for both of us. Keertan has brought a marriage proposal for me with his mother. Mandira says Shakti had her doubts but I want to make them both my daughter in-laws.
Shiv comes home, Dadi says you seem happy today. Shiv says I am always happy. Dadi says I just want you like this, I just have one wish, I don’t have much time left in this world so I want to see you married. Shiv says who should I marry? Dadi says its Shakti. He says I can’t as Shakti promised to never marry me. Dadi is shocked. Shiv says find me a good girl. He leaves from there sadly. Dadi and Gayatri look on. Gayatri tells Dadi that I am losing hope now. Dadi says we will just have to accept what Lord wants.
Shiv comes to his room and recalls Shakti promising him that she will never marry him. Shiv says its good that she accepted that its one sided love, she can find any good guy. I want to talk to her. He checks his phone and sees the news of a plane hijack where Radha and Mohan are stuck with his mother and daughter Gungun. Shiv gets worried and says I have to do something now.
Shakti asks Mandira why is she doing all this when she hates her? why do you want me as your daughter in law? Rimjhim tells her to behave. Mandira says I don’t hate you, we had some misunderstandings but we both love Shiv and I know you would be the best girl for him. Can you forget our differences? I already gave bangles to Rimjhim but I brought one for you as well. Shakti looks on.
