Nandu tells Dadi that Shiv will agree to marry Shakti. Mandira says yes, he loves her a lot. Ragunath says we will talk to Shiv before marriage proposal. Dadi says we will talk to him tomorrow then. Gayatri is happy hearing that. Mandira is stressed and thinks if they talk to Shiv then he won’t agree. He doesn’t even know he loves Shakti. He is still loving in his past.
Shiv is angry at Shakti for bunking her class. He says Shakti doesn’t know I die everyday when I cant treat my patients thats why I want her to be capable of making everyone okay. I want her to achieve everything that I couldn’t but she can’t become best if she doesn’t put in efforts. She shouldn’t have bunked her class. He sits sadly and recalls his moments with Shakti. He looks at his lab coat and cries. He wears it and looks himself in the mirror. He recalls his past incident and how he couldn’t save a baby’s mother. He cries silently and takes off his coat. He sees Shakti calling but ignores it.
Shakti talks to herself and says Shiv is angry at me but I can’t tell him that his biggest enemy is his chachi. We are partners so I have to protect him till I get proof against Mandira. She prays to Mata to show her a way to pacify him. She recalls Manorama’s words that he loves her a lot and her dream is his dream. Shakti says what should I do about Keertan and Rimjhim.
Dadi tells Mandira that she should talk to Shiv and tell him that we will go for Shakti’s proposal on diwali. She says sure. Dadi leaves. Mandira says I will control Shakti’s life now. I will bring love and marriage in her life but then take everything away from her.
Scene 2
Manorama prepares ubtan and all family members are ready. She starts applying it to Shakti and says every ritual has a meaning. She applies it to Rimjhim and says we pamper ourselves to welcomes a new season after diwali. She applies it to Chacha and Dharam also. Rimjhim tells Shakti that she will tell them about Keertan. Manorama asks what’s going on? Rimjhim says I love Keertan and he loves me. We want to get married. Manorama says what? Dharam says that loser? Rimjhim says don’t call him that. Manorama tells Rimjhim that he doesn’t love her. He insulted her so much. Did you forget? Rimjhim says it was a misunderstanding. He loves me and wants to marry me. Chacha says they are rich people. Why would they want to choose you. Rimjhim says because of love. Manorama asks Shakti of she knew about this? She says yes. Manorama says I don’t mind this relationship but I have a condition. We won’t go there. They have to come here with a proposal for you. Rimjhim says they are rich people. Manorama says so what? If they like you then they should come. We can tell them to honor you. I wouldn’t repeat my mistake. I won’t marry you to a guy who I wouldn’t trust. She tells Shakti to go to Shiv’s as Dadi called her for ubtan. Shakti smiles and thinks she can talk to Shiv there.
Mandira says Shiv will not agree to this marriage. He wants to protect Shakti and he knows he is dangerous for her so what should I do? They have to go for proposal without asking Shiv. Shakti arrives at their house. Mandira says this girl is a trouble and I hope Keertan doesn’t see her.
