Devi Parvathi informs Lord Shiva that the time for marriage has arrived, urging him to move past his pain and embrace a new beginning. Lord Shiva assures her he will prepare as a normal groom, promising no obstacles like before, and departs, leaving Parvathi hurt by his words.
Meanwhile, Devi Ganga, helped by Mansa, prepares as a bride for her wedding to Lord Shiva. Mansa celebrates the occasion, prompting a shy smile from Ganga. Narad questions Lord Narayan about the separation of Shiv and Shakti, but Narayan explains it is destiny’s decree and beyond their control. Shukracharya declares that Ganga and Gangadhar (Shiva) will now reside in Kailash, not Shiv and Shakti. Shiva, observing the wedding decorations, reminisces about his marriage to Parvathi and asks Nandi to fetch his groom’s attire and jewels.
Lord Narayan hints to Shukracharya that destiny’s play is not yet over. Narad notes Shiva’s preference for real jewels over ashes as a sign of seriousness, suspecting hidden motives behind Shiva’s actions. When Parvathi arrives, Narad informs her Shiva has gone to get ready. Parvathi attempts to enter Shiva’s room but is stopped by him, who reminds her it is improper for a woman to enter another man’s room. Parvathi realizes Shiva is deliberately distancing her but remains resolute. Shiva regrets hurting Parvathi but insists he only wishes to halt the marriage, asserting his true adornment is ashes.
Later, Diti and Mansa escort Ganga to the marriage mandap, urging Brahmadev to begin the rituals. Brahmadev hesitates, but Lord Narayan instructs him to proceed. Shiva and Ganga take their seats as the ceremony begins. Parvathi weeps, and Ganga invites her to stand beside her for the varmala (garland exchange). Parvathi tries to leave, but Diti pulls her near the mandap, where she continues to cry as the wedding proceeds.
