Mahadev, with tears in his eyes, tells Brahmadev that Kartikeya and Devsena’s marriage will take place as destined. Just then, Devi Parvati appears and firmly declares that their marriage will not happen.
A few moments earlier, Devsena had confronted Kartikeya with anguish, asking if their past memories were false — whether he could live without her or see her as another man’s wife. Torn between love and duty, Kartikeya admits that she lives in his heart, but love must yield to responsibility. He asks her forgiveness before walking away, leaving Devsena crying his name in despair.
In the present, Kartikeya sits lost in those memories, his eyes filled with tears. Ganesh, meanwhile, recalls how Devi Parvati abruptly changed her decision regarding the wedding. When Nandi asks
Back in Kailash, Devi Parvati sits sorrowfully, and Mahadev tries to console her. He tells her that he understands her fears but reminds her that Indrani’s manipulation about Sati has clouded her judgment. Parvati, however, insists that this union will bring misfortune. Mahadev tries to reassure her, saying destiny won’t repeat itself, but Parvati remains haunted by Sati’s tragic past. She argues that history is repeating — Indradev now mirrors Daksh, and Kartikeya stands where Mahadev once did. She declares she will not let Devsena meet the same fate as Sati.
Meanwhile, in Swarglok, Devsena weeps uncontrollably. Indradev urges her to calm down, while Indrani tells her to accept her destiny. Vibrajit confides in Diti that though the game has changed, the Devtas might still interfere — and to ensure his victory, he plans to kidnap Devsena before anyone can act. Diti warns him not to be reckless and promises to guide him. When Indradev arrives, Diti flatters him, and Indradev secretly plots to rule over both Devtas and Asurs after this marriage.
Soon after, Diti reveals that she has already sent Asurs to fetch Devsena, but one of them returns, reporting that she refuses to leave her chamber. Furious, Vibrajit decides to go to Swarglok himself to bring her back — just as Ganesh appears, ready to intervene.
In Kailash, Mahadev tells Parvati that they cannot live chained to their past, but Parvati accuses him of failing to prevent it once and being powerless to change the future. Mahadev gently counters that perhaps Kartikeya and Devsena’s destiny will differ this time. Parvati remains unmoved, and as Mahadev reflects in sorrow, he begins to hallucinate Sati — the echo of a past he can never forget.
Precap: Enraged by Vibrajit’s deceit, Ganesh launches an attack to kill him, determined to end his evil plans once and for all. However, Mahadev intervenes just in time, stopping Ganesh before he can strike.
Mahadev then turns to Kartikeya and, seeing his inner turmoil, tells him that he is free to do whatever it takes to stop Vibrajit and Devsena’s marriage. Mahadev’s words empower Kartikeya to act on his convictions, setting the stage for a fierce battle between destiny, duty, and love.
