Mahadev gently applies herbal paste to Kartikeya’s wound, his touch calm yet firm. Kartikeya, curious, asks why Mahadev came to the battlefield if not to protect him. Mahadev explains that he didn’t intervene out of doubt in Kartikeya’s abilities — he went to save Kesi, for Kesi’s death was not destined to be at Kartikeya’s hands. Looking into his son’s eyes, Mahadev asks if he has any other questions. Kartikeya admits that his pain isn’t from the battle but from his heart — something he believes Mahadev could never understand. Smiling faintly, Mahadev replies that he can, for he is the first lover of the universe. Kartikeya’s expression softens at his father’s words.

Meanwhile, in Swarglok, Vibrajit informs Indradev that Kesi has been captured. Diti adds that Vibrajit also rescued Devsena from Kesi’s clutches and reminds Indradev of his promise — that he would fulfill her wish if she ensured Devsena’s safety. Indradev recalls his vow, uneasy but bound by his word.
Elsewhere, Devsena anxiously awaits Kartikeya’s arrival. When he finally comes, she expresses her gratitude, but Kartikeya assures her that thanks aren’t needed — she would have done the same for him. With deep affection, he tells her he wishes to hold her hand forever and urges her to speak with her father. Hearing this, Devsena blushes with joy as Kartikeya declares that his family will visit Swarglok the next day to formally ask for her hand in marriage.
Later, Indradev announces that he will keep his word and that Devsena will marry her protector. As Devsena enters the court, Indrani embraces her warmly, but Devsena is startled to see the asurs present. When Indradev explains the situation, Diti claims Vibrajit rescued her, but Devsena firmly denies it. She reveals the truth — it was Kartikeya who saved her. She declares that she will not marry an asur and that her heart belongs only to Kartikeya. With that, she walks away, leaving everyone stunned. Furious and defeated, Diti departs with Vibrajit and Kesi.
Back in her domain, Diti lashes out at the asurs for ruining her plan. Indrani soon appears, declaring that she intends to fulfill the promise Indradev made to Diti. Confused, Diti asks why she would want Devsena to marry Vibrajit. Indrani explains that as the daughter of an asur, she understands the value of unity — and this marriage would unite devtas and asurs into one family. Vibrajit hesitates, questioning how they could go against Mahadev’s will. Indrani smirks and reveals that Mahadev himself once granted a boon to Vibrajit’s father — a boon that now holds the key to their victory.
In a flashback, Mahadev had blessed Vibrajit’s father, promising that if he died before asking for a boon, his son would have the right to claim it. Returning to the present, Vibrajit rejoices, realizing he can now ask for anything — even Devsena’s hand in marriage. Diti urges him to use the boon for that very purpose.
Meanwhile, in Kailash, Kartikeya tells Mahadev and Devi Parvati that he wishes to marry Devsena. Parvati beams with happiness and begins preparations for their journey to Swarglok. But as she notices Mahadev’s quiet demeanor, she pauses and gently asks why he doesn’t seem pleased — unaware of the divine storm that is about to unfold.
Precap: Vibrajit appears before Mahadev and expresses his wish — he desires Devsena as his wife. Bound by the boon given to Vibrajit’s father, Mahadev grants his request. Seeing the situation take a painful turn, Devi Parvati steps forward with determination, assuring Mahadev that she will find a way to resolve this matter.
