The villagers blame Vaidya Vishwanath, claiming he failed to cure his own son and therefore doesn’t deserve to stay in the village. They plan to throw him out. Bhola arrives and questions them, asking if they themselves tried to fight the fever. Seeing everyone had failed, he declares that his father fulfilled his duty as a Vaidya.
Noticing Bhola looks healthy, a villager asks if he took the medicine prepared by Vaidya Mata. Bhola replies he took the medicine made by his father, as the Karpurgauran song plays. The villagers apologize to Vaidya Vishwanath and plead with him to save their children. Vaidya Vishwanath sees Bhola in his Bholenaath form and greets him, recalling the earlier insults from the villagers. Recognizing it as Mahadev’s leela, he wipes his tears.
Meanwhile,
At Kailash, Indrani confronts Devi Parvati, blaming her for her husband’s suffering despite drinking amrit. Devi Parvati explains her helplessness, wishing she could have taken everyone’s fever herself. Indrani urges her to stop crying and find a solution.
Later, Devi Parvati arrives in the village to see mothers pleading with Vaidya Vishwanath, who admits he has no medicine for the fever. Villagers quarrel among themselves, and Devi Parvati, overwhelmed, covers her ears. Bholenaath appears and guides her to Kailash, reassuring her that she must not doubt herself. He tells her to act calmly while he handles Jwarasur, explaining that Shiv and Shakti together must resolve the crisis by giving enemies what they want. Devi Parvati nods in agreement.
Back in the village, Devi Parvati treats a child with herbs, despite villagers blaming her for the pandemic. A mother urges the others to let her work. Villagers plead for their children to be cured. Devi Parvati asks Bholenaath when this ordeal will end; he replies everything will conclude on Ekadasi.
Meanwhile, Kali strengthens Jwarasur, worsening the epidemic. Determined, Bholenaath resolves to end Jwarasur’s chapter once and for all.
Precap: Jwarasur boasts of his immortality, but Bholenaath destroys him with his third eye and instructs Devi Parvati to lift the effects of Jwarasur.
