While searching for herbs to heal Martand, Mhalsa is confronted by kidnappers. As they attack, Martand regains some strength, steps in, and fights them off with Mhalsa’s help as the Har Har Mahadev song plays. After defeating the attackers, Martand collapses, and Mhalsa holds him close as the title song plays. He urges her to return home, but Mhalsa refuses, questioning whether he would leave her if their roles were reversed. She insists they face everything together and helps him walk away.
As Martand grows weaker and his body turns bluish, Mhalsa panics. Spotting a hut nearby, she rushes him inside, crying for help. A Rishivar emerges and reassures her. She lays Martand on a bed, relieved by the sage’s presence. Meanwhile, King Malla fears his secret will be exposed if Mhalsa and Martand are found. Soldiers begin their search and capture the disguised kidnappers, deciding to take them to King Malla and Mani.
Inside the hut, Martand again urges Mhalsa to go home. Rishivar prepares medicine and tells them to stay calm. Mhalsa clutches Martand’s hand and pleads with the Rishivar to save him, declaring she won’t survive without him. Her words shock Martand, who continues murmuring her name as she weeps, her tears falling on him.
Outside, Asurs reach the hut, confident that Martand has succumbed to the poison and that King Malla’s plan has succeeded. They approach to confirm his death, unaware of Mhalsa’s desperate fight to keep him alive.
Precap: Lord Narayan says that on one side lies false devotion, and on the other, true love. As King Malla begins his yajna, Mhalsa offers water to the ailing Martand. Lord Narayan recalls that on a past Sawan Shivaratri, Shakti performed jalabhishek for Shiv. He expresses that he is now awaiting the destined moment when Mhalsa and Martand will destroy Mani and Malla, thus fulfilling the purpose of their divine journey.
