As the fake and real Kali approach each other with anger, Mahadev intervenes by assuming his fierce Kaal Bhairav form, declaring himself the protector of justice. He announces the formation of a Justice Panchayat, commanding the five elements—fire, air, water, earth, and sky—to manifest and testify the truth. Mahadev warns that the duplicate Shakti will be tested and punished accordingly, as the powerful chant “Om Kaal Bhairavaya Namah” resonates.
Varundev wonders about the revelation of truth, and Suryadev reassures him that nothing is impossible for the Tridev. Meanwhile, Maharaj Kali consults Diti about supporting Aadhi, who cannot be recognized by Mahadev due to a boon. Diti, empowered by Maharaj Kali to spread darkness to obstruct the truth, intends to test Shiv’s discernment between true and false Shakti.
The real Devi Parvati challenges Mahadev’s right to hold the Panchayat since he failed to recognize her true form, but the gods debate her claim. Diti requests participation in the Panchayat and questions Mahadev’s judgment. Chaos ensues as darkness spreads, eye colors change, and arguments arise over the choice of judge, with proposals for Lord Narayan or Brahmadev to preside.
Mahadev ultimately instructs that both versions of Devi Parvati be questioned, with the gods placing flowers on the side they believe is genuine. The identity gaining the most flowers will be declared the real one, setting the stage for a divine trial of truth.
