Bhola, exhausted from the fever, collapses, catching the attention of Devi Parvati and the other Devtas. Lord Narayan announces that the Earth is gradually recovering from the fever. Kartikeya observes that Mahadev’s protective shield over the village has lifted, and Brahmadev recognizes this as a sign from Mahadev.
Meanwhile, Vaidya Vishwanath urges Bhola to open his eyes, blaming himself for his son’s condition and fearing the worst. The Devtas arrive, and Vishwanath, overwhelmed with guilt, faces their presence. Kartikeya warns him to stay away from Bhola, while Devi Parvati insists that no one can come between a Lord and his devotee. Ganesh advises calm.
Devi Parvati, unable to bear seeing her husband in distress, cries over Bhola, and her tears awaken him. Bhola regains consciousness and immediately names Jwarasur as the instigator.
Elsewhere, Kali takes Diti to Jwarasur’s hideout, questioning how Bhola reached him. Kali informs Jwarasur that Bhola is Bholenaath and arrived due to the fever. Jwarasur acknowledges this and leaves.
Bhola transforms into Bholenaath (the “Bum Bhole” song plays). Lord Narayan asks why he didn’t kill Jwarasur, and Bholenaath explains he could reach him only briefly because of the fever and that Jwarasur is Kali’s ally. Devi Parvati is surprised by the decrease in the fever’s spread, but Bholenaath warns her that this is just the beginning, predicting that the Earth will soon be fully affected.
Jwarasur continues spreading fever in Swarglok. Kali asserts that Mahadev cannot defeat him yet and commands Jwarasur to attack Indradev. Indradev suffers from the fever, unaware of the plot, and insists no one will seize his throne. Indrani urges him to rest, but he pushes her aside.
Kali remarks that Bholenaath has not yet revealed his ultimate power, his “last Trump card.” Indradev calls Bholenaath, questioning the Devtas’ condition and the whereabouts of Shiv Shakti. Lord Narayan asks for a solution, and Bholenaath reassures him that it will come at the right time. He instructs the Devtas to return to their realms and hints with a smile that he must resolve his father’s problem first.
Precap: Bholenaath opens his third eye and engulfs Jwarasur in flames, defeating him decisively. Meanwhile, Goddess Sheetla intervenes to protect the Earth, ensuring its safety from the deadly fever.
