Asur declares that Martand’s end is certain and hurls a poisoned knife at him. The blade strikes Martand, and the Asurs rejoice before fleeing the scene. Mhalsa rushes to him and asks if he’s alright. Martand pulls the knife from his shoulder, feeling dizzy, and urges Mhalsa to return home. She insists the wound will heal, but Martand reveals it was a poisoned blade—leaving her stunned.
Despite his worsening condition and spreading poison, Martand pleads with Mhalsa to leave before the kidnappers return. Mhalsa refuses to abandon him, determined to stay and fight for his life. As his hand begins turning blue and he struggles in pain, she weeps, but remains by his side. Martand again begs her to go for her own safety, but Mhalsa declares she won’t leave him to die. As his strength fades, Martand collapses on her shoulder.
Elsewhere, King Malla and the villagers witness a divine play depicting Lord Shiv drinking poison to save the world. Devi Parvati is seen devastated in the past, rushing to him as he suffers. Lord Narayan explains that Shiv protected both Devas and Asurs—but questions who will now save him.
In the present, Mani arrives at the celebration and anxiously asks King Malla about Mhalsa’s whereabouts. He senses she’s in danger, shocking her parents. King Malla tries to calm everyone, dragging Mani aside and urging him not to panic the villagers. But Mani insists something is wrong, revealing that Devi Kali’s idol is bleeding—a sign of grave misfortune. Meanwhile, Mhalsa’s mother instructs Pradhan to question King Malla.
King Malla dismisses Mani’s concerns as baseless and tells him to rest, assuring the villagers Mhalsa is nearby. Mani refuses to relax until he sees her himself. He approaches Mhalsa’s mother and pleads with her to find Mhalsa. She agrees, but upon discovering broken pot pieces, she begins to fear the worst.
Back in the forest, Mhalsa tells Martand she can’t bear the guilt if he dies because of her. She begs him not to give up, promising she’ll save him. Leaving him under a tree, she assures him she’ll return with help soon.
Mhalsa’s mother returns to the celebration and informs Pradhan that Mhalsa is missing, and she found broken pottery—confirming her fears. Mani then asks where Martand is, only to be told he’s missing too. King Malla still tries to calm everyone, but Mani declares that both Martand and Mhalsa are in danger. He orders the soldiers to begin searching. Meanwhile, Mhalsa scours the forest for healing herbs to save Martand.
Precap: The kidnappers continue searching for Martand and Mhalsa, while Mhalsa manages to take the injured Martand to the Vaidya for treatment.
