Kali declares that everyone will now suffer from a severe fever. Brahmadev urges action, but Lord Narayan points out that without a signal from Bholenaath, they cannot intervene. Meanwhile, Vaidya Vishwanath worries over Bhola’s condition, blaming himself for the fever and asking what he should do. A villager spreads the news to everyone, warning them that Bhola has a fever and that Mata has manifested on him.
Devi Parvati decides to meditate and confront Bholenaath, asking why he keeps her away. Bholenaath assures her that, as Shiv-Shakti, they will be together in the end, but this time he must protect the world alone, urging her patience.
Diti, sensing Bhola is no ordinary child, attempts to spy on Bhola and Vaidya Vishwanath, but Bhola transforms into Bholenaath, shocking her. She sees multiple Bholenaaths surrounding her, questioning whether it is illusion or reality. Terrified, she reports to Kali, who dismisses it as impossible.
In the village, Bhola feels the fever intensifying as Jwarasur’s power binds him. He screams in pain, prompting Devi Parvati, Lord Narayan, Kartikeya, and Ganesh to rush to the village, only to find a protective shield created by Bholenaath. Lord Narayan advises Devi Parvati to trust Bholenaath’s plan and avoid interfering in his leela.
Diti informs Kali that Bhola is Shiv and is trapped by Jwarasur’s fever, giving them the advantage. Bhola then transforms fully into Bholenaath, confronts Jwarasur, and explains that his arrival was only possible because Jwarasur himself caused the fever.
Precap: Bholenaath warns Jwarasur to brace himself for his end. With a powerful gaze, he opens his third eye and engulfs Jwarasur in flames.
