Devi Parvati tells the villagers that she is not responsible for the fever and has come only to help find a cure. The villagers, however, demand that she leave. When a child faints, his mother rushes to him, blaming Devi Parvati for the incident. Despite their hostility, Devi Parvati refuses to leave and insists she will stay to cure the fever. The villagers ignore her and retreat indoors. Meanwhile, Kali declares it is time to execute the third phase of his plan, confident that Shiv and Shakti cannot stop him.
Diti appears and mocks Devi Parvati, pointing out that the villagers see her as the cause of the problem and don’t want her help. Devi Parvati asserts she won’t back down and vows to protect her children, but Diti ridicules her and suggests she leave. Reluctantly, Devi
Vaidya Vishwanath recalls how the villagers accused him of negligence and laments to Mahadev that, lacking children, he cannot fully understand their suffering. Desperate, he bangs his head on the ground, prompting the Shivling to glow. Mahadev appears in his Bholenaath avatar. Vaidya Vishwanath greets him and asks for guidance.
At Kailash, Devi Parvati reunites with Ganesh, relieved to see him well. Ganesh tells her that Mahadev will cure everyone. When Devi Parvati asks about Mahadev, Lord Narayan explains that Mahadev has come in response to a devotee’s call. Vaidya Vishwanath expresses his wish for a child to support him; Mahadev grants his boon and takes the form of a child, reassuring him that he will not be a burden.
Vaidya Vishwanath informs Mahadev about the fever and the villagers’ accusations against Devi Parvati. Watching from Kailash, Devi Parvati worries about Mahadev’s safety. Kartikeya and Ganesh volunteer to go protect him, but Devi Parvati warns them not to go. Lord Narayan assures them that Mahadev, though in child form, is not weak.
Meanwhile, Diti instructs Kali to prevent Mahadev from finding Jwarasur, claiming that by erasing devotion from the villagers’ hearts, she is making his task easier. Vaidya Vishwanath brings Mahadev to the village, where the villagers question him about the child. Mahadev introduces himself as Bhola, saying he is coming from Gurukul, ready to face the challenge.
