Vaidya Vishwanath pleads with the villagers to let him examine the children, warning them not to trust Diti, who knows nothing about medicine. The villagers refuse, arguing he cannot understand their pain since he has no children, and push him away. Distressed, Vishwanath prays before the Shivling, asking Mahadev to save the children from fever. Mahadev listens to his plea.
Meanwhile, Devi Parvati, deep in meditation, feels a strange unrest and recalls Lord Narayan’s advice that gods must remain in their realms until a solution to the fever is found. At the same time, Kali instructs Jwarasur to hide and prepare for the next attack, plotting to spread further chaos before Mahadev finds a cure. Indradev begins coughing, and in the village, people blame Mata for the illness, deciding to stop her puja.
In Swarglok, Lord Narayan laments that devotees are blaming Jagatjanani, turning against the goddess. He insists they must stop this, with Brahmadev agreeing. Narayan explains that devotion is the greatest weapon, though humans do not realize it. Mahadev arrives in Bholenaath form, reminding them that all prayers are equal to him and he will respond at the right time. He declares he will fulfill the devotees’ prayers if possible, leaving Narayan and Brahmadev wondering about his plan.
Elsewhere, Diti questions why Mahadev has not gone after Jwarasur. Kali replies that Bholenaath cannot find him and tells her to prepare for a second attack, while plotting to uncover Shiv Shakti’s next move.
Moved by compassion, Devi Parvati descends to the village to comfort her devotees, but instead, they accuse her of selfishness and blame her for the fever, demanding that she leave.
Precap: Bholenaath meets Vaidya Vishwanath, who requests him to assume a child’s form. Bholenaath obliges, transforming into a kid to uncover the cause of the fever.
