Mhalsa chases Martand, furious that he called her a Pishachini, and tries to attack him. Martand dodges her blows and runs toward the Shiv temple, telling her she cannot enter. Once inside, he teases her, saying he enjoys irritating her and dares her to fight for her right to enter the temple. As he chants Om Namah Shivaya, Mhalsa becomes determined and walks toward the temple despite his warnings.
Martand pleads with her to stop, calling it wrong, but Mhalsa crosses a divine boundary and is electrocuted. She falls unconscious near a temple chariot wheel, but Martand rushes to save her, injuring his hand in the process. He carries her away as she briefly regains consciousness and faints again.
Meanwhile, Diti and Malla discuss how to eliminate Martand. Malla declares that since he once separated Shiv from Shakti, separating Martand from his life will be easy.
Martand brings Mhalsa home and asks for a Vaidya. Her worried parents demand answers. Martand explains that she stepped on the Shiv temple. At the same time, girls in Jejuri start fainting mysteriously, and villagers blame Mhalsa for angering divine forces. One man accuses Pradhan of poor parenting.
The Vaidya examines Mhalsa and confirms that while she is breathing, her heartbeat is dangerously slow. The villagers grow anxious about how to celebrate Shivaratri amid the chaos. Unbeknownst to them, Asurs disguised as Shiv devotees prepare to unleash Malla’s plan during the festival.
Martand blames himself for provoking Mhalsa. The Vaidya reassures him that she will recover soon. A man announces that the fainted girls have recovered, offering some relief. Martand urges Pradhan to face the situation head-on instead of hiding from it.
Noticing Martand’s bleeding hand, Mhalsa’s mother asks what happened. Martand explains everything, downplaying the injury. However, the Vaidya insists it’s serious and treats him. Deeply affected, Martand silently vows to find a way to allow women entry into the Shiv temple.
