Ganesh emerges dressed like Mahadev as the Ganpati Bappa Morya song plays, bringing smiles to everyone. Speaking like Mahadev, he is approached by Indradev and other Devtas, who plead for help against the Asurs. Shivgan, disguised as Rishiwar, requests a boon, which Ganesh grants. Shivgan then reveals his true form as an Asur, taunting Ganesh, claiming he is now above all and destined to rule the universe. Ganesh swiftly attacks and kills him.
Next, other Shivgans seek boons from Brahmadev, which are granted. Ganesh remarks that while Devtas give boons, they often create problems—which he then resolves. Mahadev and Devi Parvati smile at his actions. Nandi requests a boon to dance with Ganesh. They sing and dance together to Bolo Shiv Shiv Bam Bam, but Ganesh suddenly faints, shocking everyone. Devi Parvati rushes to him, worried about his sudden collapse.
Meanwhile, children start fainting due to a spreading fever, and worried parents rush them to Vaidya Viswanath. Kali declares that no one can cure this fever and predicts that Jwarasur will soon rise, claiming the Devtas’ rule is over. He tells Diti that the attack will astonish everyone and demonstrate his power.
Nandi blames himself for Ganesh’s fainting, feeling responsible for urging him to dance. Mahadev reassures him it’s not his fault, explaining that Ganesh is suffering from fever. Devi Parvati notes that the infection is unusual. Indradev inquires about the nature of the infection, noting it spreads by touch, and Lord Narayan warns that its effects could be extremely dangerous.
At Vaidya Viswanath’s clinic, parents plead for their children’s treatment, but he admits he cannot cure the fever. Frustrated, they scold him, calling him incompetent. Observing this, Diti realizes that if even the Devtas cannot cure the fever, she has an opportunity. She claims Mata is responsible, but the villagers refuse to believe her at first. Diti then offers to cure the children, promising that if she fails, she can be expelled from the village. A desperate mother allows Diti to attempt treatment. Kali declares that not even Mahadev can stop Jwarasur, signaling an impending battle of immense power.
