Devi Parvati declares she must embark on a journey of self-discovery. Ganesh asks how she will achieve this, and Parvati explains that Shakti requires Shiv, and her powers need the Rudraksh of Shiv. Meanwhile, Goddess Lakshmi asks Lord Narayan how Rudraksh will revive Adi Shakti’s powers. Narayan reveals that Kapali, who lacks emotions, can only be made to cry by Shakti’s voice, and his tears can create nine Rudraksh, which will revive Adi Shakti’s nine forms. Lakshmi wonders if Kapali will give his Rudraksh to Parvati, but Narayan says only Kapali knows.
In Brahmalok, Brahmadev continues his yagya, but Indradev tells Narad they cannot join, as the new world will lack Shiv-Shakti. Narad questions how one can disrespect the yagya.
Parvati approaches Kapali, and Kartikeya asks Ganesh about the nature of this test for their mother. Ganesh resolves to help her pass all challenges. Parvati tells Kapali she wishes to become his student to discover herself and will only go to Kailash after meeting her soulmate. Kapali gives her two stones and instructs her to create fire without using her divine powers and send it to him. If she succeeds, she can be his student. Ganesh and Kartikeya listen.
Parvati struggles to create fire but persists despite Ganesh’s offers to help. She finally succeeds, and Ganesh rejoices. As a storm and rain threaten the fire, Kartikeya helps her protect the flame. Parvati endures the pain, determined to pass the test.
Goddess Lakshmi questions Lord Narayan about Kapali’s actions. Narayan explains it is Parvati’s difficult test, and Mahadev’s actions always have purpose. Meanwhile, Kapali reaches Brahmalok.
