Martand enters the Shiv temple and plays a lute, stirring deep emotions in Mhalsa. Inspired by the music, she resolves to confront her father, Pradhan, about the unjust ban on women entering the temple. Despite Martand’s hesitation, she drags him along, demanding answers.
Meanwhile, Malla awakens dark powers through Shiv tantra, plotting to defeat Shiv Shakti before Martand and Mhalsa discover their true destinies.
At her father’s house, Mhalsa boldly questions the temple’s gender restriction, shocking everyone. Her mother tries to deflect the issue, but Mhalsa refuses to relent, arguing that Shiv, as Arthanareeswarar, belongs to all. Pradhan dismisses her, insisting on tradition, but Mhalsa defiantly declares she will enter the temple regardless.
When villagers try to stop her, she escapes and reaches the temple, only for Martand to halt her at the entrance. Pradhan thanks Martand, but Mhalsa passionately protests—asking why a devotee cannot meet her Lord. The confrontation leaves tensions high as Mhalsa stands firm in her defiance.
