The episode starts with Parvati trying to serve food to Kartikeya and Kartikeya angrily refusing to have food. Parvati says so much anger is not good. Kartikeya says what kind of a mother she is not to approve her son’s love. Shiv asks Parvati to calm down. Kartikeya says what kind of parents are they who can’t understand their son’s love, they really don’t know what love is. Shiv calls Parvati besides him and says they are an epitome of love, so they know what love means. Kartikeya says he will prove with evidence that they don’t know what love is. Laxmi says Kartikeya is wrong to think like that. Narayan says Shiv’s family is going through a tough time. Narad says Kartikeya is doing sin by questioning Shiv and Parvati’s love.
Kartikeya says Shiv didn’t want to marry Parvati at all. Shiv recalls refusing to marry Parvati after Shakti’s death. Parvati says Kartikeya has to win Desena’s heart, but Devsena doesn’t want to marry him at all. Kartikeya says when he can defeat whole asur clan, he ca win even Devsena’s heart. Parvati says it’s not easy to win a woman’s heart with arrogance. Kartikeya walks away angrily. Parvati says it’s Shani’s vakra dristi’s effect. Shiv says it’s an effect of age where kids don’t want to accept truth.
Kartikeya walks to Devsensa and feels happy seeing her praying Shivling. Nandi and others also perform Shiv and Parvati’s aarti. Devsena gets angry seeing Kartikeya. Kartikeya asks what problem she has to marry her aradhya’s son. Devsensa says she didn’t like his behavior and doesn’t want to marry him. Kartikeya insists to win her heart. Devsena calls guards and orders them to punish Kartikeya. Guards beat Kartikeya. Devsena stops them.
Precap: Indradev tells Mahadev that he is bounded by Mahadev’s devotion, so he couldn’t keep his arrogant son in confinement and hence brought him here. Shiv tells Kartikeya that a son’s inappropriate act made a father bend his head in shame.
