Kartikeya calls Raavan forward, challenging him to fight. But Raavan declares that this is no battle — it is the day Kartikeya meets his end. Vowing to drench the battlefield in Kartikeya’s blood, he charges at him with fury. Just as Raavan is about to strike, Kartikeya looks toward the sky and calmly points out that the sun has risen. With the sunrise, Raavan loses his chance to seek a boon from Mahadev.
Enraged, Raavan roars that even without a boon, nothing can stop him from killing Kartikeya. He attacks again, but Mahadev appears and blocks his assault. Furious, Raavan pleads with Mahadev not to interfere, accusing Kartikeya of deceiving him through maya — the same illusion, he claims, that the Devtas have long used against the Asurs. Kartikeya counters, asking what rule he has broken, reminding Raavan that it was he who first turned to maya. Unwilling to reason, Raavan insists that Kartikeya deserves death.
Mahadev intervenes, asking Raavan whether he came to seek a boon or to spill blood. He warns that attacking Kartikeya now would be an act of adharm, born not from righteousness but from Raavan’s own pride. Unable to defy Mahadev’s words, Raavan retreats. Mahadev moves forward to assist Kartikeya, but Kartikeya folds his hands and respectfully declines, saying he must fight his own battles. He then walks away with quiet determination.
Back in Kailash, Kartikeya’s return fills Devsena with relief and fear. Overwhelmed, she confesses she could have lost him today and questions why Mahadev remained silent while Kartikeya risked his life for Kailash. Devi Parvati tries to soothe her, but Devsena turns to her, asking if even she agreed with Mahadev’s silence. Her words make Parvati pause, and she admits Devsena’s questions are valid.
Devsena turns to Mahadev, pleading for a response, but Kartikeya intervenes. He tells her that protecting Kailash was his duty and that he did what was right. Now, he declares, it is time for him and Devsena to leave Kailash.
Elsewhere, Raavan wrestles with disappointment, questioning why he failed to earn Mahadev’s favor. Kaikasi arrives, and Raavan greets her with pride, reminding her that he made her the Rajmata of Lanka. But Kaikasi, saddened, says his triumphs were for himself, not for her. Deeply hurt, Raavan tells her that while he has faced countless accusations, hers wounds him the most. After she walks away in silence, he breaks down, vowing to keep fighting regardless of defeat.
Back at Kailash, Devi Parvati tearfully pleads with Kartikeya not to leave. Ganesh reminds him that a child should never walk away from his parents. But Kartikeya, his voice heavy with pain, replies that he is not Mahadev’s son — only his weapon. And that is why, he says, Mahadev remained silent in front of Raavan.
Precap: Raavan finds out that Devi Parvati is planning to build a home. He sees this as the perfect opportunity to bring Mahadev to Lanka.
